SPIT Faculty

The faculty at the college is diverse in experience and qualifications, with most professors having over 10 years of teaching experience and many holding PhD degrees. Approximately 15 faculty members possess a PhD, enhancing the academic environment. However, there are inconsistencies in teaching quality, with some faculty lacking effective communication skills and displaying bias or ego issues. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:60, and while most staff are helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable, a few members need improvement in teaching methodologies. Overall, the faculty is considered decent, with the positive experiences of senior faculty often compensating for the shortcomings of less experienced members.
