My College Life - A Beautiful Experience

Likes

The staff of the college is very supportive and polite with the students. They are always ready to guide us whether it's about our education or any another situation of our life.
The college motivates us to participate in various competitions like Hackathon.
The practical labs are well managed and clean.

Dislikes

The canteen of the college is not hygienic. The taste of the food is OK but not that much great.
The library is very small if we look it as an engineering college. Also, they don't use ACs in the library even in the very hot.

Admission:

For getting admission in Engineering colleges, we need to crack the entrance exam. I gave MHT-CET entrance exam and got 78%ile in the same. This college was not my first preference but as my percentile is low, I got this college. Comparing to other colleges I know, it's not that great but it's a good college if we put some extra efforts on our studies.

Best faculty in college enjoyable surrounding.
The classroom is good for the students and the passage of college
The washroom of college is clean , big and campus is good for the students festival is amazing.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike is canteen some foods.
Somes classrooms seating arrangement that I don't like
The slow process work of account works in the department

Admission:

This college is near by my house that's why I take that college. And as compared to other college is good the faculty is good nature is amazing. And having easy addmission process the faculty help for the admission process

Faculties are friendly. They help us every time
College is near from railway station. They provide bus from station to college the fees of bus is 5000 per year
Cultural activities also takes place like nakshatra, sports , events

Dislikes

I'm civil engineering students. Strength of my class is 55 in which boys are 40 and girls are 15
Machines are not well maintained for practical of civil engineering students
There is no uniform for students in college

Admission:

I had given cet exam to take admission in this college. I take this college because it is best college near me for civil engineering and it is also affordable. I have not applied for any other college. I get this college in 1st cap round of cet

Most underrated college

Likes

Facility is very supportive and helps you in every aspect.
Proper hygiene is maintained all around the campus.
Regular events take place and various activities (academic and non-academic) are also held.

Dislikes

Hard to settle for someone from other states.
Dresscode for Wednesdays (you have to wear formals on Wednesdays)

Admission:

I applied for CSMIT in CAP ROUND 1. After reviewing the college the facilities and faculty was not that good. Afterward in CAP ROUND 2 - I applied for Saraswati college of engineering here as on visiting I found out about bus service provided by college itself, railway pass concessions, great campus and super supportive and nice faculty. After being assigned the college in 2nd CAP ROUND you can visit the college and freeze your choice. Upon which you will be given the application letter from the CAP ROUND.

The College's Commitment to providing quality education through well structured curriculum.
Providing lots of Internship and Job Opportunities

Dislikes

Computer Lab needs improvement for upgrading old computer devices out of which most of them were not working.
Security Needs to be Improved, Friend was injured in college due to Psycho Student was not checked who entered in college with tongs.
Playing ground needs to be improved along with canteen.

Admission:

I got admission Through MHT-CET. Admission process is smooth. Fees are to be paid according to the caste and Bus fees are also compulsory to be paid during admission process. During admission process your college student email id will also be generated.

Likes

Location of college into the mountains special in monsoon
Canteen is specious and happening and staff is also good
Gym is also there but mostly out of use can work on it lettel bit

Dislikes

The club house where we supposed to play don have any thing to play with it's just empty hall
They don't have their own ground we have to hire ground at karnala on sports day
Some faculties are good but the non teaching staff is bullshit

Admission:

You have to score more then 50pl percentage in 12th HSC for being applicable for engineering Then by giving MHT-CET Exam we can be applicable for this college Addmission process is pritty much well and decipline

Likes

Canteen and Library these are the two best place for students with friends
College life will be the best if you spend your time in canteen.
Faculties are also best and supportive towards the students

Dislikes

College fests which are conducted are not like other colleges
Exam cell section they don't treat you as students
College campus is small they don't have any ground for students.

Admission:

You can apply for addmission through MHT CET which is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra, India. It's primarily for admission to undergraduate programs in engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture offered by various colleges in the state. The exam usually covers subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, depending on the field of study. It's a multiple-choice format, and the scores are used by colleges for admission purposes. As for cut-offs, they can vary each year based on factors like the number of applicants, the difficulty of the exam, and the availability of seats in different colleges and courses. You can also apply through JEE Mains Exam which is more difficult than MHT CET. One can easily score more in MHT CET. Try to get 95+ percentile in the MHT CET exam so you will get a better branch.

A good college for engineering

Likes

The canteen is really big , and the food is also good.
ID verification is conducted everyday which is a good security measure

Dislikes

Some students may feel out of place or unwelcome due to the prevailing campus culture, which can be influenced by the student body's diversity, social activities, and the general social atmosphere.

Admission:

I had a jee score of 78% and was selected in the third cap round. The admission process was easy. You have to collect the application form at the college. They helped everyone out with the forms and cleared the doubts. The fees varies from course to course obviously. Mine was 97000 for BE (Information Technology) including stationary and excluding transportation. There's reservation criteria for concession in fees. You have to apply for it later when the college starts. Exams are not too tough and prepare you for the sem. Everything else is fine

My lovely college, with its pros and cons

Likes

The teaching and also the non teaching staff is good and helpfull
But they should improve the labs where they conduct practicals

Dislikes

The computers they provide are pretty slow and laggy

Admission:

Cut off for information technology branch was 85% percentile in mht-cet and my score is 93% so i got admission easily. I got the admission through the mhtcet rounds. I got the college in the third round as i wanted the admission through tfws scheme. I am happy with the college i got

This is just my perspective

Likes

The view outside the window can be good sometimes
Good faculty as they understand the students well

Dislikes

Unnecessary transportation charges as the students are asked to pay for something they haven't done

Admission:

The admission process was done based on the cutoff percentage obtained by the students in diploma. I was eligible for the course as I had done diploma in computer engineering. The application form, application fees and dates were available in the college. I availed reservation benefits since I belong to OBC. One thing I would like to improve about the admission process is that it is tedious and takes a long time, the procedure for the admission needs to br explained well.
