There are a lot of PGs in the locality. Opting for PGs is better for boys. For girls, hostels are best. The food quality is superb. In a hostel, in one room, there are 3 or 4 people in the room, if you want. We can opt for single rooms.

Ques. Will I be eligible for the scholarship for B.Tech CSE at SCE Kottayam?
Ans. Scholarships at Saintgits College of Engineering are available for B.Tech students, including those pursuing Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), based on academic merit and specific quotas. Eligibility is determined by marks scored in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in the Higher Secondary Examination and/or the percentage score obtained in the Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM).
- The scholarship varies depending on different B.Tech departments. For example, for the department of Civil, Chemical, EEE, Electronics VLSI Design & Technology, Food Technology, ME, Robotics & Automation, there is a full-tuition fee waiver scholarship available for those who score 90% and above in 10+2. The scholarship is also given for these departments on the basis of KEAM rank of up to 8000.
- Besides, the Kerala government also provides scholarships based on scores obtained in the Kerala state board examination. For example, for the departments of Civil, Chemical, EEE, Electronics, VLSI Design & Technology, Food Technology, ME, Robotics & Automation, a scholarship of INR 70,000 is given if the marks obtained in the Kerala State Board are 90%-95%. On the other hand, if the marks obtained in the Kerala State Board are more than 95%, then the full amount of scholarship is given on the tuition fee at SCE Kottayam.
Ques. Is the entrance exam mandatory at SCE Kottayam?
