RITS currently offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs namely B.Tech., M.Tech, and MBA. Admission to the flagship course M.Tech is based on GATE. Seats are allocated on the basis of the merit of the candidate in the qualifying entrance examination. For admission in B.Tech, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Computer Science as a compulsory subject and a valid JEE Main score.
