Aspirants seeking admission to the program must fulfill the following criteria:
Academic Requirement:
Candidate must have a minimum of 70% in Science and Mathematics Subjects separately in 10th Class.
Candidate must have a minimum of 65% in Physics and Mathematics Subjects separately in 11th Class.

Fees paid by me - 119000/- per year (KCET) COMEDK Fee - 280000/- Management Quota Fee varies from anywhere between 500000/- to 2000000/- per year This is the fee slab for a student under the general category, without any scholarships

- The clubs and associations who are extremely talented
- Internship opportunities that you might get
Dislikes
- Not a very good infrastructure compared a lot of other colleges
- Construction everywhere and too much dust
- Very small food court with limited options
Fees and Financial Aid:
All of us had to pay ninty thousand for tuition and other miscellaneous. And thirty thousand for skill development. The above fee includes vtu registration and the skill lab that the college conducts every semester

- The quality of labs and the amount of options to be explored
- There are a number of centre of excellence which provide a lot of internship and work experience
- The college has collaborations with multiple foreign universities and companies which help in overall shaping of students
Dislikes
- The work load is high and the college life is very hectic sometimes
- If you are joining for fun college life then it's not the one. The main fest happens every 2 years
- The campus size is not huge as many other old colleges
Fees and Financial Aid:
The tution fees increases by 10% every year for a new batch. For 2022 batch the tution fees is 222000 and including all the extra fees it is 265666. The total 4 years fees will be around 10-11 lakhs There are some scholarships for SC/ST students and girls like one provided by Mercedes to girls. For students entering through COMEDK there are no scholarships. One can take responsibilities at the centre of excellence in the college
Likes
- A very good academics is there in RVCE as they are much aware about the studies.
- Well qualified teachers are there in RVCE
- Time to time innovative projects called EL are conducted
Dislikes
- Campus size is very small, it is only 16 acres
- Sports opportunity are completely biased, they highly prefer local guys
- Students often have to encounter favouritism
Fees and Financial Aid:
As of now, the course fee for this year is 2,64,000 per year. Also, we have to pay around 30000 per year for skills labs and all. Scholarships are available for only home state quota students. Outsiders are not allowed fir scholarships.

- Opportunities- Campus provides wide range of opportunities like getting into core engineering, coding, dance, music, entrepreneurship, etc.
- Diversity- Students are seen to come from all across the country.
- Placements- Very good placement opportunities and record.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure- Poor infrastructure, old buildings and damaged roads.
- Funding to clubs- Clubs here are very high achieving going international and competing but they don't get enough funding by the college to reach their full potential.
- Useless Extra Couses- RVCE has courses like basic english, Kannada, Yoga, etc which at a college level, students find completely unnecessary and distracting.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees Structure- KCET STUDENTS (Inside Karnataka Students)- 85,000 per year COMEDK STUDENTS(Outside Karnataka Students)- 2,50,000 per year MANAGEMENT QUOTA- 15,00,000 per year for CSE (Different for every branch) (Tution only included) Hostel Fees- 1,20,000 per year For general male candidates, no scholarship is available. For females, numerous opportunities of scholarships are given by both the Karnataka state as well as the college.
Likes
- The clubs. I love my club, that is Ashwa Racing.
- The labs. Once you get access, it’s heavenly.
- The workshops. Just like labs, heavenly.
Dislikes
- Some assistants. They can accuse of the worst of things. I fought false allegations of cheating and that went on for a while, because of a lab assistant.
- The presence of RVU. RVU really sucks the life out of RVCE like a pest.
- Management quota. If they close it down, this college could skyrocket.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Scholarships are biased towards girls and Karnataka students. Almost nothing for the rest. There are no campus jobs and financial assistance is a loan approval at best. My fees is 2.4L per year. The exam fees alone will loot you, I feel.

- I like the crowd and the opportunities we get here.
Dislikes
- Mess food for lunch and dinner is something i dont like.
Fees and Financial Aid:
We have a tie up with many automobile companies such as Mercedes Benz and Toyota. So those looking for core jobs have lots of opportunity, provided you work smartly and grab them. Scholarship is mainly for guys coming from KCET examination.
Likes
- The peer group that i got and the faculty
- The placements this year the highest package was 9200000pa in our college
- The fests and the clubs in the college and their acheivements
Dislikes
- infrastructure but its getting better year after year
- Sports facilities are ok but have to be developed more
- More stress in studies due to continous exams, quizzes and presentations
Fees and Financial Aid:
Total fees for 4years would be around 15-20 lakhs including accomodation, i didnt receive any stipend as of now but there are various scholarships for the students who cant afford , that will be intimated to the students after joining by respective group HODs
Likes
- Clubs such as ashwa, e cell, photography club, carv hindi the acting club
- Faculty is great in here. The method of teaching is really beneficial
- The labs here are great, they are well equipped
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is a bit dull, everything is under construction
- The management here is really bad, they cant plan things accordingly
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees as compared to other private colleges is quite nominal, overall fees for 4 years is around 11.5lacs for my degree. If you include all the expenses, such as living, and monthly expenses, you will have to spend approx 18 to 19 lacs in total. There is no such thing for scholarships but yes you do get great internship opportunities here.

- Fests: College festivals were undoubtedly one of the most exciting parts of my time there. These events brought together students from various departments and backgrounds to celebrate diversity, creativity, and talent.
- The friendships formed in college were invaluable and have lasted far beyond graduation. College provided the perfect environment for forging meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
- The college's commitment to providing excellent placement opportunities was another standout aspect. Through career fairs, networking events, and on-campus interviews, RVCE is known for its placement only.
Dislikes
- MQ seats there are so many management quota students filled in this college the pollute the environment and degrade the level of college.
- Infrastructure, while being the top college the infra is so bad I can't tell you.
- Curriculum also there will always be some test projects etc you will not be able to breathe freely for a week in RVCE
Fees and Financial Aid:
My fees is 264000/- there will be no hike for me till I graduate. But for new admission there would be slightly high fees There is no provision for scholarships. And no campus jobs One can find his own internships etc.
