RCPIT is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an A grade and operates autonomously under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU). How is the campus life at RCPIT?

RCPIT conducts national and state-level workshops for its students and teaching staff in coordination with IIT Mumbai and ISTRO. Students' social activities are conducted under a separate division called SAKSHAM. Students attendance is of utmost importance in the institute and is conveyed to their parents via SMS. They are also informed regarding their academics, and every department also organizes a parent-teacher conference to discuss the same.

Are there any foreign language courses/training at RCPIT?

RPCIT offers language training in English, Japanese, and German. Students are also prepared for international certifications, including ALTE and JLPT. The institute pays keen attention to the personality development of students. They have also purchased well-known software called Linguaphone and have prepared an advanced language lab. The institute also has ties with training agencies to train students for the GRE, CAT, and TOEFL, along with improving English-speaking skills.

What is the cut-off required for the GOPENS category in MHT-CET for admission in the BTech Computer Engineering Course?

The cut-off for MHT-CET for B.Tech Computer Engineering is between 80 to 79 for GOPENS category students. There are usually 1-2 rounds for filling the seats. However, the number of rounds is subject to seat availability. The total seat intake for the course is 180. The filling of seats is done through CAP, and vacant seats are then filled on a merit basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate:

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; and obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

The total fees we've to submit to the college at the time of admission is 64000 per year. This total fees includes the tution fees, admission fees, development fees of 12500 and lab fees. The fees of 64000 is for the reservation categories like OBC/EWS and this was 50% of the total fees and remaining half fees is provided to the college by government, and for the general category the fees was about 120000 per year and the categories like SC/ST/NT the fees was about 15000 per year. also with there is a examination and stationary fees is taken about 5000 per year.

Tuition fee increase policy is decided by college authorities as per states guidelines. In 2014 when I was completed my graduation course fee for four year was two lack. I availed the benefits of scholarships so it change accordingly.

The total fee of the college is 115000 which is for open caste and for management seats. If we get the seat allotted in the cap round through cet of Jee then we get a scholarship of 50000 and we have to pay just 65000. Also if we have more percentile in cet and we get TFWS seat then we have to pay only 13000 fees. Also, the placement of the college is very well. The highest placement of the current year is 1900000 per annum and the average package is 360000 per annum.

(Installment facility for fees payment is given According to Student and Family financial condition.) Many IT COMPANIES and other start-up companies, mechanical companies come for campus recruitment. Package given is around 2-3 LPA.

Me belong to obc category therefore I had 50 percent scholarship and hence tution fees were 57000 per year. But belonging to open category have to pay more than one lakhs just fees and other money is just mandataory to survive there.
