My college offered a scholarship opportunity and I filled the form for a scholarship but I did not get any scholarship because my form was rejected. The average sum for the scholarship was 6500.

Course is decided by university but college has to teach but our college failed to do this responsibility effectively .They are more concerned about making money by fining the students on any cause. You're are late today lets fine this guy 5000 INR sometimes fine amount goes to 50K also.
