Minimum Eligibility criteria for Unreserved

a)50% in Aggregate (Best Four subjects) and 45 % in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics and 30% in Chemistry and 30% in Physics OR b)55 % in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics and 30% in Chemistry and 30% in Physics

Minimum Eligibility criteria for SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B

a)40% in Aggregate (Best Four subjects) and 40% in Mathematics / Applied Mathematicsand 30% in Chemistry and 30% in Physics OR b)40 % in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics and 30% in Chemistry and 30% in Physics

The college offers three-year of B.Sc. Honours course in six specializations and BSc. Major in two specializations.

Those who have completed 10+2 from West Bengal Board or any other equivalent Board such as CBSE/ ISC with full marks in English are considered eligible to get admission into B.Sc. Honors/ Major course.

Admission in B.Sc. Honors/ Major course is given on the basis of their eligibility and merit in the qualifying examination.

The college releases the merit list on its official website and selected candidates have to get their documents verified and confirm their admission.

• Those who are seeking admission to B.Sc. Economic Honours, should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics from West Bengal Council of H.S. Education or its equivalent Board.
• Applicants who want to get admission in B.Sc. Mathematics Honours, must have passed 10+2 in Mathematics.
• Candidates who have cleared Business Mathematics examination are not considered eligible for admission into B.Sc. Mathematics Honours course.
• Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects are eligible to apply for admission to B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry.
