CGPA calculation in our college is very difficult to understand

The tuition fee for the 1st year is around 100000 and for the next 3 years, it will be 75000(for engineering). The hostel fee will be around 95000. The college provides various scholarships for all types of students. Especially they provide huge scholarships for girls.
