Yes. If any student has family income less than 2.5 lakh per annum the college offered a fee waive scholarship. Where 10% student of a depertment get full fee waive and another 10% student get half fee waive. A good option, specially for B. Tech students

Since this college comes under the control of West Bengal government, all of it's scholarships are available for the students. The college on it's own do not provide any external waivings/scholarships. Reserved category students avail upto ?12000-13000 and meritious ones ?60000 per year. Besides, a full and half freeship scheme for students from financially weak backgrounds are also available where 50% and 100% of the academic fees are waived.

Best Government Engineering College in West Bengal

College have 1 scholarship program , needy student can get full fee wive and half fee wive and another program by west Bengal government that student get 60000 per annam for their studies. So I think there is no issue regarding study of poor and needy student.

College that help you grow both academically and as a human

For those students who are financially weak there are provisions for half or full free (of fees) for a semester (the student can further apply for the next semester too). Several scholarships are there for SC, ST and OBC students.
