As it is a government college it does not provide us good placement or internship opportunity.

Placement Experience:

As our college is tier 3 college It does not provide very good placement. After 3rd year anyone is eligible for placement. calcutta based companies come and provides average of 100000/annum. 30-40% students are placed. After getting degree I want to give gate exam to do mtech.

Students become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem. Many companies visit our college which includes Deloitte, TCS, Hexaware, Infosys, oracle and many more. Last year 42% students were placed. Internship and placement both scenario is better in off campus rather than on campus.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 6th semester to sit for placements. We had companies like NRI fintech, Hexaware, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Kreeti Technology, and more with 80+ total offers made. The highest package was 7lpa and the average package was 4.5lpa. About 80% of the students who opted for placements were placed.

From 6th sem students are able for placements and internships. There are many companies visit in our college like wipro,TCS,cognizant,Infosys,etc. Around 75% of students got placement from CSE &IT. I heard that The high package was 12lakh in the previous year and the lowest was 3.6lakh. The average package is around 3.6-5lakhs per annum.

Glimpes of my Accidental College

Placement Experience:

The placement is available in the 6th sem. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Oracle, Tfl, VIP, Bata came here and gave a minimum package of 3.6 lacs to a max of 8 lacs per annum to the fresher candidate. 79% of students got their placement here. I will do my MBA to get back into my stream as a businessman.

Cheap but moderate. Good for middle class families!

Placement Experience:

Ours is a government engineering college but the placement is still average. Around 60-75% students get placed. The recruiters are companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. If you are lucky, you can get placed in the renowned companies like IBM, Adobe, Oracle, etc. However, only 3 to 5 people from the entire batch will get placed in such companies. In case you are wondering, there will be no Google, Microsoft, Facebook - the giants, as recruiters.

Placement Experience:

Above 80% of students get placement in our college. The Highest package is 7 LPA and The Lowest Package is 1 LPA but it differs from batch to batch in our college. Above 90% of students get internships in my course.
