- Placements- GLBITM has a strong placement cell. Students have secured offers from reputed companies like Accenture , Cognizant, Wipro, Amazon, Adani . The average package ranges between 4lpa-4.5lpa with the highest package reaching upto 12lpa . ~ Somi Singh, MBA

- Method of teaching and exam pattern , after two weeks college take exam every time .
- In first year college not provide regular computer labs.
- For first year students there is no holiday on Saturday's.

Placement record of these colleg is much impressive because of they have very good placement record in there area . They provide better opportunity for placement from other colleges in that area.
That college have record of 90 percentage of students gst placed from this college.

- I LOVED THE MANAGEMENT OF GL BAJAJ LIKE EVERYTHING IS VERY WELL STRUCTURED FOR STUDENTS .
- ALSO ACADEMICS OF THE GL BAJAJ ARE EXCELLING DAY BY DAY IT IS ONLY AND ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BEST FACULTY AVAILABLE.
- ALSO THERE ARE SOME TEACHERS WHO TEACHES BY TAKING SOME PRACTICAL EXAMPLES WHICH HELPS US A LOT.
Dislikes
- CAMPUS AREA IS VERY SMALL ACCORDING TO BEING A COLLEGE .
- SPORTS FACILITIES ARE NOT THAT MUCH GOOD IN THE COLLEGE BUT THEY ARE IMPROVING IT NOW.
Placement Experience:
TALKING ABOUT PLACEMENTS I CANT SAY A LOT AS I AM IN MY FIRST YEAR BUT I HAVE DISCUSSESD TO SOME OF MY SENIORS AND THEY SAID TAHT YES COMPANIES DO COME FOR PLACEMENT DRIVES IN OUR CAMPUS AND ALSO PLACEMENT AND TRAINING CELL IS VERY GOOD OF OUR COLLEGE.
AND SOME OF BRIGHT STUDENTS ARE GETTING PLACED WITH THE CTC OF AROUND 52 LPA ALSO BUT TALKING ABOUT MOST OF THE PEOPLES THEY GET AROUNG AVG OF 4.5-6 LPA OF PACKAGE.

- ratio o girls to boys are decent in the college which is 1:5.
- college provide access to well equipped labs including special facilities like the IOS lab and Nvidia lab enhacing academic experience.
Dislikes
- the campus are is short only 25 acres an there is strictness regarding attendance
- there is non ac classrooms which makes it uncomfortable in summer for studies
- the population of the college is very much around more than 8000 engineering students are admitted at the same time

the placemnets of this college is very good the students are eligible from 3rd year only and and there is also intership opportunities from the secont years .student can take part in various hackathons .
the average package is 7.2lakhs and the highest package is 58 lalkhs per annum

- college placement is very good as compared to other colleges in greater noida and improvemnt is required in sports field.
- the faculty'expertise,teaching method is good but not the nice one
Dislikes
- there is very less activities like events
- too much exams in college like 2 sessional test,put
Placement Experience:
Gl bajaj is basicly known for its placement so the placement of this college is very good .the highest package is around 50 lakh .after 6 semester students become eligible forcampus placements. companies like paloalto,tcs,smasung are also visited in our college.around 70 percent student able to getting placements

- training sessions are conducted by college for placement prepration
- college also uplifts student which are interested in any sport

- study pressure is very high not good for enjoying college life
- exams again and again 3 times exam in 1 semester apart from internal and external
- no ac in the classroom which cause problem in summer season

the course has provide me coding skill which is important
area of improvment should be in course to increase sports lecture

- There are pros and cons both in this college ,but generally i liked the behaviour of the teacher
- The senior interaction is good there they are coperative
- The boys is to girls ratio is good not too much not too high moderate

- Less events i feel there should be more events
- Less campus area like now it is developing
- Sometimes there are many restrictions which stops students like attendance

See there is good placement scenario rn.the college provide the opportunity for the students which I feel is good and it upto the students how they take it but good companies are coming in our college

- So first of all my college girls and boys ratio is like 1:2
- Faculty of my first yr was good as compared to my second year.
- Now talk about my campus it is like okish .
Dislikes
- First of all the campus size of my college is too small as compared to nearby colleges in greater Noida like GU or galgotias
- 9 to 5 schedule is so irritating so I basically dislike this timing alot
- There is no nearby railway station in greater noida so the stud have to travel from gr Noida to Delhi for railway station
Placement Experience:
So when I take admission in this college then my first priority was placement because I search alot about colleges near NCR and compare those colleges with my college and the result came out was that the placement of my college was soo good.

- Very well behaved teaching staff and they are ready to solve your doubts as quickly as possible
- Campus is small but green so you will never feel bored .
- Placement of college is good as in recession period too the placement percentage is above 90%.
Dislikes
- Location is the main issue as you will find find a railway station which is closest to institute is above 20km far so it's bit challenging to reach there
- Campus is small so sometimes it gives vibe of school which is not expected as a college student
- There is less fest on the college so it's sometimes like study and just study .

From 5th semester onwards you are eligible to sit in companies interview for internship or ppo(pre placement offer)purposes.
This college is also famous for mass recruitment as Accenture Capgemini is the mass recruiter from this college. last year accenture hire about 260 students from here and Capgemini too hired about 307 students.
About 90% of the students get placed in placements drives and about 5-6% students choose to do further studies
Only 4-5% students didn't get placement.

- Teacher are great here and very helpful .
- Very discipline college and there is no ragging.
- Technical training is best and extraordinary.
Dislikes
- Strict for attendance policy and no time to self study.
- Semester are too long because of the university.
- Lot of examination in only one semester .
Placement Experience:
After 5 semester you are eligible for placement.
More than 150 companies visit college for placement and the record for placement is great more than 80 percent kids are placed.
The highest package offered is 58 lakh and the average package would be 8 lakh.
