Students need to apply for a bonafide certificate from the institute, after getting the certificate he/ she can submit it to their selected bank for availing loan. Institute does not have any tie-ups with any banks.

What is the Admission Procedure for SurTech Kolkata?

For B.Tech.All eligible candidates may apply for the online Counselling process conducted by WBJEE Board based on their WBJEE or JEE (Mains) Rank.After completion of all counselling related formalities and steps, students get allotment for taking admission in the Engineering Institute.Usually, three phases of counselling are conducted by the said Board. Eligible candidates satisfying the required criteria may also take Direct Admission on Merit Basis in the vacant seats lying after completion of above online counselling process. Apart from the above, eligible students may also apply for online counselling based on their CEE-AMPAI rank and final admission is being considered on allotment through the said counselling.B.Tech. The highest package of the placements are around 20-30 lpa and the average package is 3.5-4 or 5 lpa. Every year the maximum students of every branch are placed.

Placement Experience:

From 7 sem campus placement starts. And after that companies used to come for placement. Average package is 4.5lpa. Percentage of students getting placements is very low. My plan after getting degree is to get a good job in placement let's see what happens.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after 6th Semester. The quality of placements offered are improving every year. Almost all the students are placed on campus and the remaining gets placed off campus. Renowned companies like TCS, Cognizant, Cappgemini, Wipro, BYJU'S, Amazon and much more. The highest package offered was 23.5 LPA and the average was 5 LPA. About 89% students were placed.

Actually I am a student of 3rd year and I have one year left for the placement so I have no experience for the placement.But from our seniorswe Know the high package of the cse branch got 12LPA and average is 4 LPA which is not bad.In Our seniors batch 66% students got placement in on campus.

Good for students who are underprivileged but highly motivated.

Dislikes

The placement is not very prominent. You will have to self-study and earn the position.

Placement Experience:

The students get internship opportunities after the completion of third year but you can apply for off-campus internships on your own. The placement is offered in the last year by companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture etc. The average percentage of students getting placement are 40% and the average package is 4lpa. My plans after the college is getting masters but before that a job would be good.
