The college offers a satisfactory student-to-faculty ratio with a good quality of teaching, particularly in the first year where subjects are common across branches like CSE, EEE, ECE, MECH, and CE. Faculty members are generally experienced and supportive, although not all are equally knowledgeable. There is a lack of industrial visits and practical knowledge, resulting in a theoretical approach akin to schooling.

Each subject has at least three lecturers, providing flexibility if students do not understand a lecture. However, the faculty selection process is critiqued, and some talented teachers show disinterest due to inadequate wages. Exams are conducted twice per semester and are challenging, but there are instances of incomplete syllabus coverage.
