Likes

I liked that my college in near my house and at a place where everything is available.
Lab facilities are best we enjoy performing experiments.
The greenery and tha gardens are very good maintained all the flowers make it more beautiful.

Dislikes

Internal politics played by our vice principal sir regarding the sudden increament in our fees.
Some of the faculties are not even eligible but still they are there teching wrong things.
Lifts are not available everywhere water system is not available everywhere we have to travel 5 minutes to reach to the next tap.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Courses are good on every aspect we can learn and be better engineers . Although some courses are extra but they are also important for our future purpose. Even in real life we can apply many things that are learnt by these courses

Asansol Engineering College will provide you with quality education and best experience.
Campus of the college is very nice and you will have a great experience.
Faculty members are very kind and helpful.

Dislikes

Drainage system, sometimes due to heavy rain .
Sometimes in summer daytime,you will face water scarcity.
There is nothing much to dislike about this college.

Placement Experience:

Asansol Engineering College will provide you with placement opportunities. Last year in my Information Technology department about 90% students were placed in TCS and Wipro with average package of 10 lakhs per annum and highest package was 24 LPA .

My college library and canteen areas, it's open type
The buildings of my college these are openly designed.
The play grounds of my college, it has many grounds and different sports courts

Dislikes

Some faculty members who does not stand the students problems
Classrooms need to be pained and benches need to be changed

Placement Experience:

The placement is good this year in 2024 a student got the placement of 24LPA and it's average package is 3 to 7 lpa . The 2020-24 batch of CSE department, all the students of the batch get placed somewhere, which was great. And the placement of other departments are also better .

There is separate placement cell in our college which focuses that the student should be place after third or forth year

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is not good at this time I am currently in first year now and i can tell you that only 8 students are place from ECE and only 20 students are placed from CSE and olny 15 students are placed from It so yes the placement should be made better

Likes

Clg faculties are very supportive and very hardworking.
Placement occures with good package in good company like Wipro, cognizant etc
Labs,campus are also good but campus are little small.

Dislikes

Library are very small .it is very important for student but it is very unsatisfied thing.
Canteen are so old and foods are very bad .
Campus are very small also clg are very small .

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester students are eligible for placement .the companies visited in our college are TCS, cognizant,Wipro ,infoysis,Accenture etc.Highest package of 2024 is 24lpa and average is 3.5lpa.almost 75 to 80 percent students are getting placed in each year .

i like the classrooms of the college which are big and spacious.
i like the hostel facilities of the college, availability of 24*7 electricity and drinking water.
i like the college campus which has its own playground and gym which are very good.

Placement Experience:

From last of 3rd year the students become eligible for placements. The companies that visited are tcs, tcs ninja, tcs digital, accenture, wipro, amazon, byjus, nutanix, mahindra tech etc. the highest package was offered this year 2023 is 22 lakh per annum and the average package is 5-6 lakh per annum. 100% placement is done in our college. After the degree i would like to do higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my interest in computer languages. The curriculum is good enough for me to do well in my semester exams. Course curriculum is correct as per my knowledge but teaching style may be develop more , we can move online and do more practical but we don't have many chances to do more practicals . The semester exams occurs 2 times in a year which is good for us. The level is high but still you can crack the patterns and score good marks

All about Asansol Engineering college

Likes

The ambience of the premises is nice actually.
The campus is big and nice and has big playgrounds tennis yard basketball court etc
The faculty members are helpful and really productive

Dislikes

The maintenance of toilet is poor sometimes
If you are struck with any issue then the principal won't try to help you out
Classrooms are sometimes untidy and we have to ask group d members continuously to help us

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is excellent in this college.many big companies come for freshers like infosis TCS cognizant etc. Sometimes the companies have some conditions like 7cgpa is mandatory or else it's good

My course is Electronics and Communication engineering which is a really good course. In my college there are many different departments like Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology. Our college follows makaut so there are various subjects which we think it useless like biology English. But the teachers make us understand that it has also use in engineering
