AISSMSCOE Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:20, and most teachers are quite approachable if you meet them during their free slots. I really appreciate the senior professors in the core departments because they have deep subject knowledge and explain concepts practically. However, some newer faculty members tend to stick strictly to the textbook or slides, which makes the lectures a bit dry. Since the college follows the SPPU pattern. I chose this course after a long CAP round process. Initially, I was aiming for VIT or DY Patil in Pune, and even checked out colleges in Mumbai and MVP KBTCOE in Nashik, but I ultimately landed here at AISSMS. The curriculum is quite comprehensive for building a strong engineering foundation, though I feel it could include more industry-relevant tools and coding workshops.

Placement Experience 4 The placement of our college is well not the best but not too much least the percentage of students which are placed around 60-70 percent And avg package that the most companies can offer is 4.5 LPA and highest package that offer these year for software developer profile is 14 LPA which is offer by BMC software company and these scenario 2 years ago was placement is nearly 80 percent And Highest package 43 LPA My future plan is focus on placement and try to get good placement and from 7 semester students eligible to seat for placement

Students are eligible for placement from 7th semester after their exams average package is 4lakhs per year this year's infact highest was 12lakhs per year in our department 90% students get placed companies like thermax ,reliance , sun pharma , bharat petroleum visit our college

In 2023 placement season, 164 companies visited the campus offering diverse opportunities across various engineering disciplines. Total of 441 students secured job offers during this period. 495 students were selected for internships. Avg package stood at 4.5lakh per annum highest package stood at 12lakh per annum.

Placements of college is still good in my college the core branch peoples has high package than the cs branch and in my branch in this year highest package is 7.5 lpa and almost 60-70% of students are placed in company

There are campus placement in our college, Companies like Reliance, Godrej, TATA, L&T, Thermax etc visit our campus and offers package of about 7 LPA. Small company also vist for giving jobs and offfers package of 3-4LPA. Almost 50-70% students get placed evry year. Companies start visiting from 7th sem of engg.

The placements are pretty much guaranteed as long as you score a pointer above 7 in every year, good companies like John Deer, cognizant ect, come for recruitment. The highest package I've known so far was of 24 lpa

In fourth year students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like IBM , Acccenture , Synchron, etc visited to our college. Average package till now is about 4LPA and highest is 12LPA. Based on the course the students getting placed is dependant , overall 80% students get placed including trainee. My plans are to crack incampus placement interviews and also can pursue masters after that.

Last year 50% of the students got placed with an average package of 600000 per annum . Different companies like yazaki, Accenture, cognizant,tech Mahindra,TCS etc visit college for placement.after 7 th sem students become eligible for campus placement

After the 7th semester students become manageable for the campus placement in the 4th year. The company is that come to our college are Mahindra Reliance Lakshmi organic chemical Accenture cipla etc. average packages 5.5 lakh and the highest package till now is 7 lakhs for chemical department it is much better for the other department. Almost 80% of the student gate placed in the campus placement other remaining search by the or have some known industry personals who offer them job internship. My plan is I just want to much higher package of mostly 7 to 8 lakh if I get this then I will not opt master but if I didn't get I lost for masters degree and learn more and try harder.
