AISSMS COE Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Cutoff, Application Process

Ans. AISSMS COE offers admission under the management quota, ie, institute level quota on seats remaining, if any, after the CAP Counselling rounds. Candidates have to apply through the prescribed application form available in the college office as per the schedule notified. The college will conduct its own counselling round for admission to BE and ME courses for vacant seats after the CAP rounds. The admission process will be conducted as per the rules of Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell published every year.

Ans. AISSMS COE offers admission to PhD programs based on the PET entrance exam conducted by SPPU. Candidates with a Master’s or M.Phil degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks (50% marks for the reserved category) are eligible to apply. The application fee for appearing in PET is INR 1,000 for the General category and INR 750 for the reserved category. Candidates who are exempted from PET have to pay INR 800 for the General category and INR 600 for the reserved category. Based on the PET exam and interview, SPPU will share the merit list of the qualifying students with AISSMS COE for admission to PhD courses.

Ans. Students with a JEE Main score of 104327 can get admission to BE Computer Engineering at AISSMS COE. The JEE Main cutoff for the General category was 106336 for the 1st round, 115945 for the 2nd round, and 104434 for the 3rd round in 2024. In addition, students with a JEE Main score of 104327 can also get admission to BE Electronics & Telecom Engineering, BE VLSI Design & Technology, BE Electrical Engineering, BE Chemical Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, and BE Mechanical Engineering. The overall JEE Main cutoff in 2024 for the General category was 106336 - 533747 for the 1st round and 104434 - 313699 for the 3rd round.

Ans. Students with a percentile of 79.35 in MHT CET can get admission to BE Chemical Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, and BE Mechanical Engineering under the EWS category. The MHT CET cutoff percentile in 2024 for the EWS category was 50.1 - 94.44 for the 1st round and 22.41 - 94.48 for the 3rd round. Students must score more than 95 percentile to get admission to BE Computer Engineering and BE Electronics & Telecom Engineering, and more than 85 percentile for admission to BE VLSI Design & Technology and BE Electrical Engineering under the EWS category.
