Placement opportunities: akgec provided excellent placement opportunities, with reputed companies visiting the campus for recruitment drives.
Campus life is good faculty is also good and have lots of degree in hands with knowledge and placement is good with 99% students being placed infrastructure is awesome and course s are also good
These scholarships may be merit-based, need-based, or awarded for specific achievements or talents.

Dislikes

Process very worst they can't support they can start aur new rule 12th percentage criteria for scholarship is 60 percentage
Placement process was very poor. very few technical companies came to college
During the time of physical reporting my experience is quite very bad their arrangements are not good and their server reach is too low, so i am not satisfied with their admission process

Akgec hell or heaven

Likes

In the college we have discipline. We do jai hind every teacher and senior
Teacher are very cooperative and passionate about teaching
College campus is good we have football ground, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court.

Dislikes

College timming it start at 8:30 and end at 4:00
Availability for anything is bad around my college

Placement Experience:

You can become eligible for 7 semester. Companies visited are Amazon ,wipiro,Infosys,tcs , cognizant etc. Highest package is 370000 and 1000+ Around 90 percentage placement I am gone be in app development

Likes

Lush green 42acres campus with great sports culture
Indogerman hospital provides 50k insurance is great
College is situated on Delhi meerut expressway so can say great connectivity

Dislikes

No fest only kite flying other than freshers and farewell is organised
Senior junior interaction and hierarchy.
Only once you can enter girls hostel while orientation day

Placement Experience:

There is campus placement but due to resession time avg placement has come down in past years but yet campus placement sustained in these yrs is great deal Median package is around 4.7lpa and avg is approx 6lpa

I like the indo german architect of our college
Campus is full of greenery , and is quite big
indo german hospital you get the good treatment if something happens to you

Dislikes

Senior interaction (some are full of ego)
75% attendance criteria (they debarred you from exams if you have less than that)

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester student will get the opportunity of internship . Campus placement are good but not that high Median package is 4.5 lakh and average is 5.6-6lpa Higest package cracked by a student is 1.13 cr And lowest is 3lpa.

Likes

I like the greenish campus life with top notch faculty.
I like the society and extra curricular clubs here
I like the sports facilities provided here.

Dislikes

I don't like the discipline which followed here.
I don't like the gender ratio here 70:30
I don't like the peer group here because all came from up state.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester student become eligible for campus placement. There are 50+ companies including TCS, vipro, Infosys, and Amazon visits once here There are 90% placement ratio. I want to go for higher studies after completing my graduation degree.

All about Akgec

Likes

In Akgec you find so much of greenery.I mean every academic building is surrounded by trees.
In Akgec you found different labs which is well organised and maintained.
In Akgec the professor is very cooperative and highly academically educated.

Dislikes

Here after certain period of time you found it a bit strict.
Here rather than skills it focuses on academics.
Her you have to complete bare minimum 75% to sit in the examination.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is quite average The average package is of 4.5 lpa and almost all the student get placed. After 3rd year students get eligible for internship and after 4th year for placement. Company visit is more than 55+ . The highest package is of Deepak who got 1.13 cr package in Amazon ews and lower is of 3.5 lpa. Among 1600 students 1500 something get placed It means 85-90% student get placed After degree I want to work in good MNC's.

Honest review of akgec college ghaziabad

Likes

The boys to girls ratio in our college is 3:1
Our college has campus area of 40 acre which is big among all aktu colleges
Some faculties are good not all all are just ok

Dislikes

Headache class schedule you will get bored in class after attending regular classes from 8:30 to 4 from Monday to Friday but for first year you have to attend alternate Saturday classes also
Our college don't intrested in organising fest like other college in our college only freshers for first year and farewell for last year students only
Our college is outside ghaziabad City you will not get cafe and resturent and more chill places to makeout and have fun so if you are party type then choose other college skip this college

Placement Experience:

•from 6 semester students are eligible for placement •In 2024 310 recruiter visited our college and 1266 offers were made company like tcs,infosis,HCl etc visit our college for campus placement •In 2024 highest package is 55 lakh per annum and 5.35 lakh per annum average •i want to become software engineer with good salary

Likes

Timely Classes , teachers are supportive
Disciplined campus with timely exams and everything
You can get the opportunity to learn and understand

Dislikes

The policy of attendance is very strict and students are debarred from exams
Exposure to industry skills is not given
Sports and extra curricular facilities are also not provided

Placement Experience:

The placements are average so it depends on the market situation and also on your luck and also how you approach the placements as there are few opportunites one shall always keep looking for the right one and give their best shot

Review of AKGEC: Academics, placements and campus life

Likes

Lots of socities are there in Akgec for you overall development and passion
Infrastructure is really good like all classes are provided with Smart boards
Located on prime location, on delhi meerut expressway and provides you good connectivity with DELHI NCR

Dislikes

No fest at all, not even a single one during whole college life
Girls is to boys ratio was quite less in my class of 65 students there were only 16 girls
No Air Conditioner were there in the class room. Hence, during summers you may have to suffer a lot

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent not very good nor very bad the average package was around 4 lpa and you will become eligible for placement in your last year i.e in 7th semester. Highest was 32 lpa this year(2024) and lowest package was of 2.5 lpa in tech branch. Due to low placement rate i personally opt for off campus placement. Just for sake around 180 to 200 companies visited this year(2024).

Absolutely great college with experienced faculties

Likes

The teachers are very helpful and there is no dress code.
The campus is enough large and good and all the core labs are present with all the equipments.
The classrooms are also well furnished and digitals.

Dislikes

There is no air- conditioner in the classrooms which is very bad.
College didn't gave too much break after semester end.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. The top companies like hcl tech, bajaj, wipro etc comes in this college.The highest package is around 15-16 lpa and the average is around 5-6 lpa. 60-70% students got placed last year. After getting this degree i wanted to do a good job.

Likes

I liked the campus, infrastructure, and classrooms. I enjoyed my college life very well. Social interaction is good in the college.
There are two canteens one is in CS block and other one is in Mechanical Block. I prefer Mechanical canteen because it was cheaper and have more variety of foods than other one.
Faculties and Teachers are well knowledgeable. Their teaching methods are much practical. I mostly liked the labs of the college and there is no any restrictions in lab, you can do whatever you want.

Dislikes

I dislikes the 75% attendance criterion. I just hate it. And If anyone be late to reach the college they will record your timming from punching the I'd card and they will fine you if You exceed the limit of being late.
The college have more discipline than the school and the college timing is also more than a school which is from 8:30am to 4:00 pm. In between they will give you 2 breaks. The timming is too long for a college.
Course Curriculum is not updated because Indian education system is not updated. Being a Mechanical engineer I am not satisfied with curriculum.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for the placement. There is a Traning and placement cell which will help you to got placed in a company. A company named DXC Technology India ( In which I got placed) , their drive was started in june 2022 and they completed their drive by August 2022 after that they started online foundational training in May 2023. After completion of training they said that they will onboard us by april 2024 but they didn't. Currently I am unemployed and writing the review for 100 rupees. In college record You will see 70 to 80% students are place. There are placements but for the CS , IT and other computer branches not good for mechanical. And T&P cell will not help you if you will not help yourself. The highest package at that time was 11lpa and the avg was 3.6 lpa.
