It's cost around 4lakh 10 thousand for four years.its a opportunity to grab the renowned scholarship like svmcm, national and all.
I like the teachers of our college. they are good at teaching
The college campuse is not so big but beautiful and better than other colleges in kolkata.

Dislikes

The hostel of the college is very poor the food quality is very poor
Canteen food is so costly and the material is not so good
Faculty members are very bad for outside state students they will not reply you if you ask anything in hindi.

My AOT Experience

Likes

The infrastructure and the girls hostel of the college is very good.
The lake at the centre of the college looks very good.
The campus is very spacious is unlike other private colleges in West Bengal

Dislikes

The boys hostel is not that good and is pretty expensive than other pg's near the college

Placement Experience:

The placement in our college is great.The placement percentage in the previous year was 85% more or less if you have studied a little you would at least get a decent package of 4 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, Cognizant are very normal here.

I liked about the college is the college infrastructure
I like about the college is they offered such a nice placements..
I like about the college is their faculty members..they are well educated and teaches us very well

Dislikes

I dislike about the college is the hostel fee they charged..they charged 6000 rupees per month which is in my point of view is slightly higher..
I dislike about the college is that there are many good teachers but some teachers are not that kind of good in my point of view.
I dislike about the college is there is no cricket ground available in the college ground

Placement Experience:

Our college has no bad background about placement...they always provides best placement offers in every year...in last year they placed over 500 students..they placed students in many reputed companies like TCS Cognizant etc..

Mostly I like the education system about this college
In this college there is very good placement.
I like the percentage of placement that every student has been placed.

Dislikes

Most unlike thing is the attendance pressure in this college.
The infrastructure is not so good as wish .
There is small playground to play football and matches.

Placement Experience:

In this college have good placement record. Most consultancy company like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Infotech comming in this college. In last year 70 percentage student placed in this college. In this year the highest package in this college 10 lakh.

Collage life.

Likes

Environment of the collage is realy good and surroundings aswell.
Faculty members are ok. They are helpful. Sports culture is okay.
The placement cell works hard so as the teachers for students to give perfect lectures, materials etc

Dislikes

High paced course structure and authority is veri strict.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is very hardworking. All students are get placed here. But it also depends on the market when the hiring companies are not hiring then we will not expect full 100% placement. Buyt otherthan that everything is okay.

Pros and cons about Academy of Technology, Hooghly, West Bengal

Likes

First of all, the faculties are very experienced, some of them are IIT graduates. They are very friendly. You can ask any questions to them without any hesitation. That's why the placement rates are very high.
This college has a placement rate of 97% which is highest among all the government and private technical colleges under MAKAUT. So you don't have to worry about your placement here.
The campus looks amazing and it's eco friendly. There is no chance of ragging both inside and outside of the campus

Dislikes

The faculty is definitely the best in class, but they are way too strict.
This college is under MAKAUT, so do not expect that if you work hard, you will get good CGPA, that doesn't work here.
The college is too strict about attendance. If you cannot attend 75% of the classes, they will not allow you to sit in the semester exams at any cost.

Placement Experience:

The placement rates are very good here. Students will become eligible for campus placements after 6th semester. TCS and Infosys are the giant companies here, which takes most of the students. Among with them BMW, Amazon and many more renowned companies offer campus placements. More than 97% students get placement offers, but the packages are very low, around 3-3.6 LPA. I am planning to get a Government job though GATE after getting the degree form here.

An above average college

I like the college campus, its located in an village away from the city hustle, clean and maintained
Labs are well equipped and are quite spacious

Dislikes

In summer season the classrooms are unbearable. Too many students in each class, all sit sticked to one another(no other option)
Students are not permitted in the library
Few teachers are also not equipped to teach the students properly. Cant keep the class engaged due to lack of teaching skills and at the end blame the students for his/her failure to teach

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from 3rd year. Highest goes around 8 lpa and avg is 3-4lpa. Last year according to clg the placement was 142%. Mass recruitment from TCS. Interships are offered to few students

AOT is one of the best college in Kolkata.

Likes

The college campus is very good with lush green atmosphere everywhere
There are well qualified faculties from different IITs and NITs
Teacher's are very cooperative, they help us in every possible situations

Dislikes

For first year students there is a limitation that we won't be able to get outside of campus after 6:30pm.
The college is very strict regarding 75% attendance criteria.
Almost all colleges provide freshers party to the first year students but our college don't provide any type of freshers party

From 7th semester, the students become eligible for sit in the campus placements. Our college placement is very good, in last year it was 141% and this year it was 96%(ongoing). Various companies have visited our college such as tcs, cognizant, tech Mahindra, vipro etc.

The college campus is very nice with luss green atmosphere evrywhere
Well qualified faculties from different nits and iits
Most of the teacher are very cooperative they help you in every possible situation

Dislikes

Cricket ground is not present in our campus
College curriculum is very strict regarding attendence.
There is no fresher party in our college.

Placement Experience:

College placement is very good last year it was 141 percent and this year we have 96 percent (on going). Many MNCs come to our college on campus placement such as TCS, Cognizent, Tach-Mahindra, Infosyse etc

The most affordable college in WB with amazing placement offers.

Likes

The environment of the college is outstanding.
The teachers clears the concept very clearly
There is additional support for gate preparation.

Dislikes

The classrooms are not air conditioned so it feels very hot during summer.
Bench are lesser in class acording to the capacity of classroom.
It is mandatory to fulfill the criteria of 75% attendance.
