Ques. How many seats are available in MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Saveetha Medical College, and are there any NRI or government quota seats?
Ans. There are 10 seats in MS (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) at Saveetha Medical College, all under the management quota. There are no NRI quota or government/state quota seats for this specialisation at this Deemed University. All seats are filled through MCC centralised counselling (AIQ - All India Quota for Deemed Universities).

However, if you withdraw after the counselling period or once the seat cannot be surrendered to DGHS, there is no refund, and you will be required to pay the entire 3-year course fee of Rs. 1,20,00,000.
Ques. Is hostel accommodation available for MS OBG residents at Saveetha Medical College?
Ans. Yes, hostel accommodation is available but not mandatory. The hostel fee is approximately Rs. 1.30 lakhs per year for AC accommodation, covering room rent, AC charges, hostel admission fee, establishment charges, and a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000. Residents can also choose to stay off-campus, as the college is located in Thandalam, Chennai.
