Internships Opportunities:
This is medical college so you will not get the chance of campus placement but after complete your 4.5 year you get one year compulsory internship in which you get stipend of roughly more than 32000.

After 4.5 years of mbbs we have toh do 1 year of internship in which we get stipend of 30-31 k per month.
Nrs has the highest patient load of all colleges in west bengal
It has most hectic internship duties with 24 or 48 hours of duty

- Relationship between faculty and student good
- We practice basic nursing skills in various ward of nrsmch, very nice clinical skills
- Good cultural program , you can show your various skill here
Dislikes
- Faculty number should be increase , faculty are always overworked
- College timings are very hectic, we have 8am to 1pm ward duty then we have 1 hour lunch and then we have 2 to 4 Classes
Internships Opportunities:
After completing 7th senester you have to do compulsory 6month intership. Internship postings are in nrsmch, diamond harbour nursing college. Internship stipend is 5500rs every month. Internship timings are 8am to 1pm 6days in a week.

- The course is offered only for girls. No boys are allowed.
- Offers good clinical field for practice of procedure.
- Regular basis classtest and other assignments.

- Sometimes faculties behaviour is not good.
- There is hostel facilities but not for all.
- Holidays are not enough. Sometimes special occasions in home can't be attended.
Internships Opportunities:
After completion of the course the last 6 months offered as internship at our mother institution hospital practice. During this time we get a stipend of 4000 rs monthly. The stipend is provided after completion of the internship period. We experience various hospital wards.

- The bonding that we share between seniors and juniors is something that is absolutely treasured. In any situations seniors are always there by our side to help us find a way out of it. They are the ones who become your sheild and protect you .
- The balance between the academic and non academic life is something I would really love to talk about. The college hosts a lot of non academic events and fests that not only rejuvenates your soulbut also gives you enthusiasm to continue your studies.
- Next thing i would say is the different workshops and seminars that the college hosts. This helps boost your knowledge as well as also allows you to have hands on experience on several topics. It also allows one to find their areas of interests.
Dislikes
- The innumerable number of exams are obviously something no student will like. There are exams almost every that checks your weekly performance in a particular discipline. Eventhough it's hated by most yet we know that will benefit us in the long run.
- Nxt would be i think , the library hours, which remain open from 9 am to 7.30 pm from spmonday to friday and closes by 4pm on saturdays. Honestly 6 is the time most of us start studying after the college hours, so 1.5 hours is really not enough.
Internships Opportunities:
The college provides internship to every student in the hospital attached to it. There is a huge patient inflow which gives us exposure to a variety of cases. This helps us in applying the theoritical knowledge and enhance our hands on skills.

- A large pond is there , looks like a beauty spot in between my college. Fishes and ducks are there in the pond .
- 2 badminton court is present, lighting is maintained properly , we can play whole night if we want
- Good faculty. Decent infrastructure. Prime location.
Dislikes
- Canteens are not well maintained and the quality of food is below average.
- Non Bengali speakers will have problems to blend in. As most teachers are primarily bengali so language can be a barrier
- Campus could be better cleaned. Patient party sleeps in the campus areas at night, thus campus isnt cleaned as much
Internships Opportunities:
After the final year, all the department students have to do a mandatory 1-year internship in a well-spread manner. The stipend offered to the students is Rs. 25,000 per month. After an internship, you can apply for house staff post alongside postgraduate entrance preparation, or you can fully concentrate on postgraduate entrance preparation.

- The college is one of the most prestigious and reputed colleges of the country with a patient footfall of 6000 per day. Its a government college 150y old.
- Great faculty, classes are held regularly, hostels are nice and clean, room is spacious. We've a huge field for students and auditorium. Co-curriculars are held throughout the year.
- Campus is big with good security. Our fest- ECSTASY is full of grandeur. Artists like farhan Akhtar, Vishal Shekhar, Sonu Nigam, Anupam roy and many more have performed. The library is open from 9am-8pm. Library and lecture theatres air conditioned
Dislikes
- Being in central kolkata, Sealdah area is crowded
- Campus could be better cleaned. Patient party sleeps in the campus areas at night, thus campus isnt cleaned as much
- As strength of each batch is 250, it becomes difficult for the professor to pay attention to every student
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is mandatory for all students of the college after passing the 4th year. Stipend is around 28k per month . I'm not an intern yet. Internship hours are long but patient exposure is good and there's lots to learn

- One of the oldest medical College in India. Thus has long legacy.
- One of the best medical college in the west bengal.
- Big hospital with huge patientload. Thus provide good exposure.
Dislikes
- Campus is only 87 acred. Our college becomes even smaller.
- We are provided with four people in the hostel room, makes it congested.
- Our hostel has limited rooms. So getting rooms sometimes become different for nearby residents.
Internships Opportunities:
Our college hospital provides 1 year internship. It provides Rs 29000 stipends every month. West Bengal government medical colleges provide one of the highest stipend in the country. But internship can be hectic in some department.

Different government hospitals in the rural area.
Different programs related to healthcare giving and awareness during the course of the curriculum. Seminars related to different topics of study and competitions related to the curriculum.
