I have also applied many colleges in counseling and got colleges in west bengal from All india quota but I have chosen Nmch,patna which I got from state quota because I wanted to stay in bihar and patna colleges were nearby to my home. From state quota I have applied for Igims and pmch also but didn't get it.

Nalanda medical college is situated in patna which is close to where im from(jharkhand) also i had a relative who studied here..i didnt choose to go to a vollege in jharkhand as the pg seats are very less...plus in patna you really get a lot of exposure I didnt get rejection from any college that i applied..i knew my rank and what I'll get so i acted accordingly Admission process is pretty simple just bring the documents they ask you ,you can confirm with the office as the number will be given and then come rest they'll guide you and YES we ,your seniors, will always be there

Eligibility is just being 12th pass. Entrance exam is hard and there is too much competition. Application form is filled offline after clearing the entrance exams. Fees is minimal and dates are after the publication of UGMAC state rank list. Neet is conducted every year In may and difficulty level is high. Admission process takes 2 whole days in college campus and can be reduced by increasing staffs

A form is released nearly every year in Jan-Feb at NTA offical website and candidate's can register there with uploading all information(name,address,marks,categories parents name etc),photographs,documents and a basic registration fee is required for all candidates and fee depends on category (Gen-1700,Obc-1600,other-1000) Talking about reservations by taking an example Let's take a xyx medical college with 100 seats then its 15% seats is filled by all over Indian students and 85% seat is filled with state's students . In AIQ reservation is Obc ncl-27%, ST-7.5%,SC-15%,EWS-10%,PWD-5% and 85% seat reservation is based on their state reservation category.

All you have to know for NMCH, Patna

Admission:

The admission process was based on NEET 2021 examination. You have to score very legit marks and a good rank to come into the merit list for the colleges in the counselling procedure. Bihar counselling was conducted by the BCECE board for admissions in different courses like MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Vet, etc. in different colleges all over Bihar. The application form for NEET was available on the respective site on the internet. During my counselling process, as much as I remember, the cut-off, category-wise for NMCH, Patna (my college) was GEN 626, OBC 611, SC 524, ST 575, up to 2nd round of counselling. The counselling process was conducted in 2 main rounds then a Mop up and at last Stray Vacancy round.

Admission:

The admission process is through NEET-UG. The candidate applying must have either passed class 12 or an appearing candidate from a recognized board and should have obtained an aggregate of at least 50% marks overall. All relevant information is present on the NTA website. I did not avail of any reservation benefit as I'm from the general category.
