All teachers teaching here are between the age of 35-65 years of age, all holding MBbS followed by MD/MS degrees and significant practice experience. There are close to 300 doctor teachers teaching the various clinical and non clinical subjects, all the professor with the most experience and expertise assigned as the HoD.
The faculty is very good and helpful. I will rate it 8 out of 10.Ther are 6 to 7 lecturers in every department including Head of department. The average age is 35 to 40 year's. The faculty all are post graduates in there respective subjects. They provide a very good clarification about the topics they teach.
The faculty is very good. The senior doctors and lecturers have in depth knowledge of the subject and provide theoretical as well as clinical relevance while teaching. They make use of power point presentation as well as black board as per relevance of subjects and students.
The faculty of the college was very good, learned, experienced, and lastly strict as well. Obviously most of our peers and heads of departments had various degrees and diplomas but they were still focused that what they teach should stay with you and you have to perform in order for them to evaluate you. I think it takes a lot a patience being a doctor/surgeon and to teach along with the professional practice.
The faculty was something like the gangs of wasseypur. They didn't like each other and they didn't like you. But the standards they had set was something we still wish we could reach upto.
