Remarks:
Since childhood, I wanted to be doctor, and do something for the welfare of our society. As we all know, the doctor -patient ratio in India is skewed,and resource allocation in health care sector is not upto the mark, so opting for MBBS and trying to alleviate this problem in future was one of my primary goal.
IMS was my next best option other than the central institutes like AIIMS, because of ambience of the university campus, the rich heritage of the college and its NIRF ranking(always within top 5).Also it is the first 'AIIMS like' central institute of India.

Aspirants seeking admission into this course must have(10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
