Climate is not too cold and not too hot.i like it.

10 km distance between college and hostel.very tiresome for daily travel

Admission:

This college is situated within the city. So we have easy access to all facilities. we have many places to roam around and visit. We wrote NEET ug exam and got selected through state level counselling.

The college is situated within the city which makes us accessible to various places
The climate is good not too hot and not too cold.
Some professors are very good,their teaching methods and ways of speech.

Dislikes

The college and hospital are situated apart.this makes the travelling quite difficult
Lack of adequate facilities within the campus makes us prone to snakes

Admission:

I didn't get a rejection from the first college I choose ,which was Thanjavur. I just opted for upgradation and got this college in the 2 nd allotment. We have to write NEET UG .I got admitted to this college through all india quota

Teachers used to teach well and i can easily understand
We used to get lots of patients here so clinically we used to learn clinically well

Our college the government college so the students studying here are exposed to more number of patients when compared to other colleges. This makes the students to gain more knowledge when compared to the other private college students.

I think compared to all the others colleges the students can be able to see more number of patients since our college is a government college and also we have well experienced faculties and also they are more approachable and the students can gain more knowledge and various opportunities.

In our hospital there are N number of cases are come daily in all departments,so academic and clinical practices is fulfilled greatly.This helps us to practice more clinically and understand better the cases presented in our hospital.
The Teaching faculties are well versed in subject in depth and have more experiences.They teach both theory and practical in detail. Dissection class in anatomy is of greatly dealt. And other subject departments also facilitate us in great manner.
Recently, a new academic block was constructed in a well established and equipped there is canteen and Student cooperative Stores also available and are good. Toilet and drinking water facilities also available and of hygienic.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage is the college and hospital is separate at a distance of 8km but college buses are available to everyone.

Admission:

I choose directly the coimbatore medical College,as it holds high ranking, over Thanjavur medical College and Madurai medical College.This prestigious institute (CMC)helpful in clinical practice as more cases are come daily OPD. The teaching faculties are well versed in subject and have more experience.The admission process is through counseling from All India quota or Govt quota.The eligibility includes Pass the Neet exam and the cutoffs for CMC will be over 600-650 plus marks needed.

Prestigious course in prestigious college

Likes

Affordable fee with prestigious course .
Girls boys ratio is almost equal.we can create more friends
Hostel environment is student friendly.hostel menu is under the control of students council

Dislikes

We need approval of college management for participating in others college events.most od the time we wont get permission
We cannot expect sophisticated life in government college
Hospital is away from the college.we should travel in the bus daily to attend clinical postings

Coimbatore is the big city next to chennai.so i chose.It also requires high marks to enter this college.i also applied for chennai college,in final i got coimbatore medical college. I wrote NEET exam and i dropped 1 year after 12th

Wonderful college experience

Since im studying in medical college , i see many patient who are suffering from a disaese
Im very happy to help those people with pleasure
Your teching facilities are very good in teaching subjects

Dislikes

The distance between our college and hospital is far more
It is disfficult to travel that much distance
Some people are so sick in our hospital seeing that patients are heart breaking

Admission:

Coimbatore medical college is near to my native town and i frequent come and go my college easily. Compared to other medical college nearby my city it has more patient exposure and good teaching facilities

Medical course is not worth

Admission:

I wanted CMC and I got .It is nearby to my hometown .Good climatic conditions .better environment . Less traffic compared to other cities..good patient flow in gh.advanced technologies available since it is a multi speciality hospital
