- The patient input in our hospital and medical college is commendable . There is a wide range of exposure with different clincal cases . Also with enhanced technology and recent advances we get to learn the best treatment modalities available .
- The college focuses on sports and physical fitness along with academic excellence .
- The college is also equipped with skill lab and stimulation centre which most of the colleges don’t provide. They give us a hands on experience of application of knowledge put in practice .
Dislikes
- Weather could be Little humid and hot as It is present along the coast line..
Internships Opportunities:
The college provides internship opportunities at various government and district level hospitals. They also give us rural Postings in primary health centres in places like Bantwal nearby village. The internship enhances our approach with the patient and health management systems.

- The infrastructure is quite good. The library here is well equipped. The classrooms all have Air-conditioning
- There is a good balance between academics and other activities
- The faculty is also very good. Skill lab has recently been set up and is one of the best.The college hasq sports and cultural fests that are quite nice. The campus also boasts of several facilities like gym, badmintion, tennis, basketball court.
Dislikes
- The patient exposure isnt that great. You do get to see a lot of rare cases though
- The college is slightly away from the city centre. That might pose a hindrance for students who dont own their own vehicle
- Once you sign in for the hostel facilities. Youll have to pay for the hostel fees whole duration of your course. You wont be allowed to leave the hostel
Internships Opportunities:
The internship period is compulsory one year period for all the medical graduates and you have the primary responsibility of Being the first contact of the patients. Responsibilities include rotations in all the departments of the hospital and it provide an enriching experience And gives you the actual skills to be a doctor

- Campus is very good and big. It's fully hill station
Dislikes
- This area is too much hot . Because of hill station you have to do so much walking exercise.
Internships Opportunities:
During my internship, I got many opportunities from many other hospitals. Like Father Muller Medical College and Hospital,yenapoya specialty hospital, and city hospital. But I think Aj Institute is a big institution in Mangalore.

Internships are available at aj hospital. Everyone can work in aj hospital. So many students who passed their exam are working in aj hospital and postgraduate students they can teach as revision for bachelor students.

Campus recruitment drives are present. rigorous sessions are also present for making us competent and well trained for placements. a placement cell is present. every year job fair and pool campus drives are conducted

Our seniors are extremely supportive and our college teaching is done with due importance given to preparation for higher studies and PG. Our college has a very good OPD and state of the art AJHRC.

Placement Experience:
Yes, our College provides internship. In the hospital opd itself. I am just a 3rd year undergraduate, so I didn't finish my internship yet. But I think the internship's aim is to develop an idea of treating patients in different departments.

Yes the college provides internship It's 6 month internship
No stipends.
There are no placement from the college as I told earlier the management care the least about the students and what they do or do they succeed They just want money and make more.

Placement job we over selves have to find no internship for post graduate. Posting exposure is not that much good. But its okay. Food court is not there afternoon food is not good. Punching system is good.
