Conestoga College, one of Ontario’s leading polytechnic institutions, structures its tuition and fees annually through a Fee Schedule approved by the Board of Governors. Tuition fees vary by program type (ELS, diploma, graduate, degree) and by student status (domestic vs international). In addition to tuition, ancillary fees apply to all full-time and part-time students. Without the ancillary fees, the tuition fees for the 2025-26 academic year are as follows:
Note: The above fees are for 2 terms. In most cases at Conestoga College, 2 academic terms equal 1 academic year for certificate, diploma, and degree programs.
In addition to tuition, all students pay a set of mandatory ancillary fees each term or academic period. These support services and facilities that are part of the student experience. Depending on the program, the ancillary fees can range from 1,000 to 1,600+ CAD (66,878 to 1.07 lakhs INR) per term. More information is given below.
International students at Conestoga College’s Kitchener-Doon campus should budget roughly 1,300-1,600 CAD per month (about 86,000 to 1.05 lakhs INR) for living expenses, depending on lifestyle and housing type. The biggest expense is accommodation, with a shared private room averaging around 750 CAD (49,662 INR) per month, while a one-bedroom apartment can cost about 1,425 CAD (94,358 INR).
Note: 1 CAD= 66.88 INR as of February 10, 2026

International students at Conestoga College must pay their tuition and other fees online using approved methods only; in-person payments are not accepted. Payments are processed through the college’s Student Portal, online/web banking, or via international payment services supported by the college, such as Flywire and Convera.
As described by Conestoga College, these are the official payment methods:
International students must follow the payment timelines clearly outlined in their Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Conestoga.
A mandatory, non-refundable tuition deposit of 2,500 CAD (1.67 lakhs INR) is required to secure a seat in the program and is applied toward the total tuition fee once the student registers and attends classes.
In case of a visa rejection, Conestoga refunds the tuition paid after deducting a 200 CAD (13,375 INR) administrative fee. Students must pay the remaining tuition balance by the due dates mentioned in the LOA, as late payments attract a 150 CAD (10,031 INR) late fee.
As per guidelines provided by Conestoga, international students should pay their tuition deposit by the following dates:
| Program Start Term | Deposit Due Date |
|---|---|
| Fall Term | Within 30 days of acceptance* |

Best college to study. It has great lab with top notch equipments and a great learning opportunity for students.
The chose this institute because I had some financial issues and also agent mentioned to pursue Master from Ivy League school after getting PR. It's horrible.
Sop tie with your country that you will return after studying the course and also mention some property or bank balance for ircc satisfaction. No, I didn't had any interview round I was not having any other options at the time of application that why I choose this college but later I found that it's good college in terms of quality of education and passing exam I would tell future students who just want to pass or get an certification or credentials for just to work then go for it but other side the education is better than any other clgs here they will teach you but it depends on you to study or do work.

I chose this course as a transition from GBM course to GHM as it would help me reduced my credits . As my credits got transferred . Since students who study GBM and move to GHM get their fees reduced to almost half
IELTS minimum 6 in each module and relatable subject to your program you wish to study or just convince them through your SOP. I choose this course for renowned name of the college and alumni connections from the institution. Been loving the journey so far more yet to come that’s just i have to say . Overall good till now
I had to submit sop I basically mentioned I learned everything from my mother as she is a commerce and my life teacher I had one interview where they just asked me about my background and tested my knowledge. \I chose conestoga because it had the perfect course for my interests My overall experience at Conestoga College has been positive. The teachers are knowledgeable and approachable, which has greatly enhanced my learning experience. The college itself provides good facilities and resources to support student success. However, the sense of community could be improved, as it feels somewhat lacking compared to other aspects of the college. Nonetheless, I have found my time at Conestoga College to be valuable and rewarding.
I had to submit Sop and cv. I have included my skills and my experience in my cv. Yes I had one round of sop check . I had written sop based on my experience and future plans for the degree i intend to do and want to acquire. I searched for post graduation studies for website design and development. Thats why I choose this course and this college. Its okay . The college is huge. Fun to walk around. People from different places to see . Lake to see. But very expensive and lots of assignments.
