  • Dislikes:
  • Well, the course is very basic. You don’t really get to learn a lot of things if you were somebody who has already had in

Campus Life

Well, this course is mostly offered at the downtown campus, so there are no activities no clubs nothing the whole campus is in a basement where you barely get any light and it's not worth the money you spend to actually study on this campus . The main campus does as much better than you studying on this campus

I stayed at a place rented by myself it was a. Student accommodation all-inclusive and it helped me reduce my expenses. The college offers accommodation but it's too expensive plus it's in the doon area very full area to live

Accommodation is hard to find because of the inflow of huge number of students. Accommodation is expensive and not value for money. Average rental is 550 in sharing basis.

Infrastructure and the accessibility is perfect, have everything in reach right from the public transport and cafeteria and nearby plazas.

On campus accommodation is quite expensive option and also very limited in proportion to the no. of international students enrolled. Off campus housing is better option and more economical.

  • Dislikes:
  • "One common concern is the rising cost of tuition, which can create financial burdens for students and limit accessibility. Some issues with overcrowded classrooms, impacting the quality of education and personal attention students receive. Another drawback is the potential mismatch between a student's expectations and the actual campus culture, leading to feelings of isolation or dissatisfaction. Bureaucratic hurdles, such as complex registration processes or administrative inefficiencies, can frustrate students. Moreover, Conestoga may struggle with outdated infrastructure or limited resources, affecting the overall learning environment. Instances of discrimination, harassment, or inadequate support services can also tarnish the college experience for some students. Finally, the competitive nature of college admissions can create stress and anxiety, contributing to mental health challenges among students."

Campus Life

The campus is vibrant and filled with lots of activities and events. There are games rooms, recreational campus for sports and gym. Libraries are open and spacious. Devices can be borrowed from the campus for your classes which need to be returned within the time frame. There are different fast food joints within the campus which provide delicious food.

I live in a sharing townhouse with 5 other people. The rent is around 400-450 CAD. Always find houses near to bus stops and have a grocery store near you for emergencies.
