Well, I am still studying and haven't applied for any placements. But as far as I know, we have to apply for the co-op to get internships and it is easier to apply via a college account. The overall scope of employment in this area is pretty good.

This institution is located in Ottawa which is the Capital of Canada. This place is so tranquil that one can find a lot of peace in this Environment. Algonquin College is considered as one of the best colleges in Canada for which I decided to opt for this College. The admission process went really smooth. As the consultant provided me with every kind of knowledge about this institute. I applied for the offer letter in the Law Clerk program and got the reply in 10 to 15 days.

There are various options available, as you can get help from resume building to get a recommendation from your professor to get an internship.

I applied for admission via a paid application. It took almost a month for the college to review and make a decision. I was accepted at other 4 colleges and was not sure whether to go for others over Algonquin. I researched and found the reputation and courses touted at Algonquin are far better then others. All the documents for prepared by Future Link consultants.

I never got a job in my field so I can't really comment on that. But one of my classmates who got Co-Op got paid $23/hr for working as a lab assistant. The mistake I made was listening to the other students who said that only intelligent kids will get the job first then only we can get the job. No! You will get the job only if YOU apply for it.

The admission process is simple. You need to apply for admission at their website. I had to upload my previous education list along with my IELTS score along with some other basic questions. All of my procedures were done by my consultant- Zee overseas who contacted the college regularly for updates on my file as the agent is Ottawa-based.

There are many students who got employed after graduating from this program. The median salary for a regulatory affairs officer ranges from 30-50 CAD per hours which is a good starting amount.

My experience till now is the best as I have also got the on-campus job. I have worked as a volunteer as well. Thus, it's a best place.

Programs with co-op have a strong chance of direct employment whereas the rest need to depend on the college career cell or search for one individual.

The college has the right mix of advanced infrastructure that supports professional learning of the material and a curriculum that helps to test the skills.

For the placement of BISI program, out of 42 students in the program 40 were able to secure a co-op after the program and government companies like CRA, AAFC, Canada Post and private companies like Nokia and others visited the on-campus hiring for co-op term. For project management program co-op also the opportunities were very good.

The course Business Intelligence at Algonquin College is an excellent course for those who wanted to make a shift of career to the Data analytics side and that was the reason I chose the course also because at Algonquin they have the option of doing a co-op after the completion of the course.

It's very unorganized. You'll be placed in small-town places that will forget you're going, won't have space for you, and you won't be practicing your skills to the full extent to ensure you're coherent for the real world.

I decided to go to practice nursing as a way to build my bedside manner and patient care before going to RN. I chose this college because it was close to home, and made everything cheaper, and had me save money. The application was easy through OCAS. This program does require writing the HPAT which will run you 50$.

I am in my second semester now, so I am not sure about how placements work here, but what I know is, the college has free employment centre in college, they help students in improving their resume's fr jobs and guide them in other aspects. College also takes students to several workshops where students can make contacts to get a job for future.

Algonquin campus is huge, from back home I always wanted to be a part of Algonquin College and now am finally in. Algonquin has tons of opportunities for students. Faculty of college itself proves why students love their college. My college thunder team is a best and important part of the college. Study spaces all around campus make students to score good marks as much as they can without any excuses. College keeps on making improvements to make their students feel they are at the right place. Being an International student I never felt like I spend a lot because am getting benefits in the college. How can I forget college theatre, I always love to watch free movies in the College theatre. I can speak fr the whole day about my college, I love my college.
