- Location of the campus in the CBD, good faculty, interactive assignments.
Dislikes
- More clubs and events in campus would have been appreciated for easy networking.
Campus Life
- The city campus is in the heart of the city, easy for commutations.
- There were not many clubs, which made it hard to network and get to know people. All major activities happened in the main campus.
Fees
- Fees would be $60,000 AUD.
Likes
- It is a reputed university which offers great learning opportunities.
- The quality of education imparted by professors is the practical one which focuses on real-life implications.
- The kind of support available to new international students is great to smoothen the process of enrollment.
Dislikes
- Sometimes only a few students attend classroom lectures when invited to university, this number should increase.
- The level of bonding among various international students is not that great and needs to be improved.
- Some level of process improvement is needed when timetables clash for students and queries are lined up which are resolved after a few day's delay.
Campus Life
- I don't have a list of the campuses of the university. However, there are various sports activities available on campus including sports like Cricket, hockey, basketball, etc.
- Melbourne city is always surrounded by festivals which can be from any religion. The college, however, is relatively less occupied as I have observed so far.
- There are student organizations that I have seen available for student enrollment and support. However, I have not observed the bigger picture of student organizations like we have in India.
Fees
- My total course fee is $AU 66,800. This fee is for a total 2 years course duration.
- I have taken an apartment which is another university-provided accommodation and paying around total expenses of $AU 1,500.
- Apart from this, there is the complete OSHC cover for the full course for $AU 1504. This excludes the flight tickets booked for my arrival in Australia.

Likes
- As per the ranking, La Trobe university is considered to be one of the best university in Australia and also the tuition fee is in my budget
Overview
My overall experience was not at all fascinating. There is no support from university related to placements. Most of the classes were conducted online with poor quality. Australian job market is really worst to find professional job after graduation. You need to have at least 3-4years of job experience before commencing masters in order to survive in Australia.
Campus Life
Campus was well built and most of the time some events will be going on and students were highly encouraged to take part in them.
Overview
I had some friends in Latrobe, also Latrobe is a good university in Australia as it is one of the tops. I myself wanted to pursue my studies at a good university that could help me explore things that I had not explored before. Plus its main branch is in Melbourne where the cost of living is lower than in Sydney. These are the reasons to choose Latrobe University.
Fees
My tuition was around 60000 AUD.
Overview
It has courses structured to meet the required industry requirements that frequently get updated. State-of-art facilities, Public and Established University
Fees
AUD 34700 per year as of 2020, I was admitted in 2020, took a deferral later
Overview
I am very passionate about studying Human Resources. I spent significant amount time to research the courses and subjects designed by the universities. I was impressed with the range of topics covered in Human Resource in my current program at La Trobe University. I preferred La Trobe over the other Universities specifically because of the course, Master of Management - Human Resource Management.
Overview
Because they have the specific course I wanted to do in a double degree. I also loved the large open campus and how there are interesting things to do there that are unrelated to study such as a wildlife sanctuary.
Fees
Pay by per subject depending on the subject such as law being more expensive. Also involves admin fees
Overview
Good education with affordable tuition fees. Good graduate employability in the industry. Good infrastructure and resources for students to seek help if facing any difficulties. Many students clubs and extracurricular activities for students all-round development.
Fees
26000 for 2 semesters, 600 accommodation, 200 travel, 200 groceries, and the other hand the same thing.
Overview
Because it was the only university that had the specific course I wanted to do, I was looking around but no other university offered a course like this and also because this university is big.
Fees
There were a lot of fees when it comes to the university and they keep coming but because you can put the course fees on HECS it helps us to study first then when we get out job pay later.
Overview
La Trobe University offers the variety of courses I wanted, it is also relatively close to my home town which is around about 3 hours away, meaning I can still keep in contact with my family and catch up with them on weekends.
Fees
Moving from a small town I had to pay for accommodations, food, textbooks, petrol to get here and many other little things that add up.
