How to Register for IPU CET 2026 Phase 3 Counselling

Registration is fully online. Complete every step before the deadline — partial registrations are not considered for seat allotment.

2. Enter your IPU CET 2026 Roll Number and date of birth to log in.
3. Fill in personal details, category, and programme information on the registration form.

5. Pay the non-refundable registration fee online — net banking, UPI, or debit or credit card.
6. Download and save the registration confirmation — you will need it at document verification.

How to Fill and Lock Choices in IPU CET 2026 Phase 3 Counselling

Choice filling determines which seat you receive. The system assigns the best available option matching your rank and locked preference order — so the order you set matters as much as the choices you add.

1. Log in and open the Choice Filling section of the portal.
2. Search available programmes by college, branch, or programme type and add them to your preference list.
3. Reorder the list so your most preferred college-programme combination is at the top.
4. Add as many choices as possible — more options give the system more room to find you a match.
5. Save your list and review it one final time before locking.
6. Click Lock Choices before the deadline — locked choices cannot be edited after this step.
7. Download the locked choice confirmation as proof of submission.

Key point: You will never be allotted a lower-ranked choice if a higher-ranked one is available for your rank. Add backup options freely — they only activate if your top preferences are not open for your rank.
