TNEA 2026 Round 1 Reporting Process

After the Round 1 seat allotment is published on tneaonline.org, follow these steps to complete reporting and confirm your seat before the deadline.

  1. Download and print the Provisional Allotment Order from tneaonline.org using your registered login credentials.
  2. Collect all required original documents and digitally signed e-Certificates as listed in the sections above before your reporting date.
  3. Visit the allotted college on the date and time specified in the allotment order — late reporting results in seat cancellation and no extensions are granted.
  4. Submit the document set to the certificate verification officer. Originals will be inspected and returned to you; the college retains a copy for institutional records.
  5. Pay the tuition fee as directed by the college at the time of reporting — check whether the college accepts demand draft, online transfer, or other payment modes in advance.
  6. Collect the Provisional Admission Letter from the college office after successful verification and retain it for all future admission formalities.

Students who do not report within the Round 1 schedule are treated as having declined the allotment. Seats released this way move to Round 2 of TNEA 2026 counselling.
