  • What I don’t like is the fact that my course seems just like a revision of my bachelor’s course in AI. I expected it to be more advanced. null

Campus Life

I love the campus life here. The campus itself is very beautiful, located close to the Rocky Mountains. The infrastructure is great. The buildings have been for years and they keep building new ones, renovating the old ones. The university has 4 campuses throughout the US. It has the most facilities a great University would have. It has sports events throughout the year, there are buffalo nights, parties in the connection, several volunteer events to help the community, and events and workshops that help grow personally and professionally. My favourite is the guided painting workshop that happens every month. It has a rec centre and health care centre. The on-campus accommodation is good with good fixit services.

When I stayed Off campus a 2-bedroom, 1.75 bath cost $2100 per month. Currently, I am staying on campus and it costs $1660 per month. However, off campus can also cost much more depending on the area and apartment.

Campus Life

There are multiple facilities on the campus. Along with multiple libraries, cafes, study rooms, presentation rooms, and study cubicles, they have a University Center where all the students could refresh themselves at the arcade or bowling, play games. There is also a center where we have a great gym, ice-skating area, swimming pool, rock climbing area among others. As for wifi, there's 24*7 wifi in the entire campus. There are multiple sports grounds too. We also have a huge football stadium where everyone comes around to see a match.

Boulder is a little towards the lower range of rent in the US. The rent would depend solely on the area, but it's reasonable. Many students share a room in an apartment to minimize costs. All in all, every apartments or houses have wifi (or you could register for a connection), trash picking facilities. Water usage is free of charge. On average, the rent for a single room would be around $800/month. But it would depend on the area.

Dislikes:

  • If you are someone who likes nightlife or city life then things can get a little lonely. Also the rent in Boulder is way too high, due to high demand it gets really hard especially for grad students to find a decent accommodation close to campus. null

Campus Life

Campus life is really good. We really have one of the best rec centers. Our swim team, cycling team and rock climbing team is one of the best in the country. Infrastructure and campus life is beautiful overall.

For grad students they have Family housing which is pretty affordable and cheap and close to campus. We have all kinds of rooms available 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk. Off campus accommodation is more expensive.

Dislikes:

  • The only thing that I dislike over here is the Unpredictable climate in Boulder. I have suffered severe cold conditions mainly in the months from December to March. The best time of the year which I feel is Summer which lasts for 3 months from June to August. null

Campus Life

The campus is quite lively as there are more than 50 clubs in the University. Every week, there is one event or the other. There are roughly 10 libraries in the University and The University WiFi has it's connectivity throughout the campus.

I would still choose to live in the dorm for at least a semester. In the second semester, the dorm became the kind of a nuisance, and I felt I had already gathered all the experience I needed in such a small tight space. Next year, I am looking to live in my sorority house.

I received in-state tuition, it had a great program for my chosen major. I was then able to receive help and expand my major into a double major with a minor, and I have always loved the CU Campus and the activities as well as Greek organizations that it offers.
