Ripon College offers programs for Bachelor’s degrees as well as Pre-Law Scholars combined degree programs. Students have several options to choose in their study of interest from 31 majors, 42 minors. Apart from this, customized course plans for professional degrees are some of the other programs offered by Ripon College.

Ripon college opens admission for Fall intake on a rolling basis. Ripon College Admission Deadlines

International students willing to study in the US are required to apply to the university along with all required documents within the deadlines to allow enough time for the visa process. US Visa for International Student

Ripon College is authorized under Federal Law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. Once the application is accepted by the college and an enrollment deposit of 600 USD is paid, the applicants will be contacted by international admission counselor Hannah Erdman, to guide them further to study in the United States. Students are advised to provide the correct contact information to get a timely update regarding their Student visa to study in the US. Ques. Does Ripon offer English as a Second Language or another intensive English program?

Ans. The Ripon college does not currently provide English as a second language or another intensive English program. A neighbor to Ripon, Wisconsin English as a Second Language Institute (WESLI), located in Madison, Wisconsin, provides students with a variety of services. Students can join in their program and apply to Ripon after acceptable English-speaking levels are achieved.

Ques. What facilities are available on campus for international students?

Ans. International students have access to the same facilities as our domestic students do. You will have a faculty adviser who meets with you each semester. You can request tutoring, work with our Student Support Services office, a study in Lane Library, access our Health Services and Counseling Services, and many other resources on campus.

Ques. How do I apply for financial aid?

Ans. As an international student, you do not qualify for federal funding from the United States government. At Ripon College you are eligible to receive scholarship funding should you meet qualifying academic criteria. In order to be considered for additional financial assistance, you must complete and submit a Ripon College Certificate of Finance Form.

Ques. Can I work to help pay for my education, and do I need a work permit to work in the United States?

Ans. Yes, you are eligible to work while you are in the USA on an F1 visa. In order to work while in the USA you will need to obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) which we can help you do once you arrive on campus.

Ques. Am I required to have health insurance while studying at Ripon College?

Ans. You are not required to have health insurance. If you are interested in having health insurance for your time in the U.S., you have a couple of options available to you. U Cover and Study USA plans are both options for our international students.
