Likes

The college is good and it is like a it hub
There is sports facilities in the college
We have break time after 10 Oo clock.there is a scheduled timetable

Dislikes

Faculty’s need to improve their study’s in teaching field
Students are not having proper help desk
Security’s are irritating students by disturbance

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are conducted in 3hrs scheduled timing. There will be papers for writing exam .the exam is intermediate level .faculty's are very strict in exam hall.if they found any bits they will throw you out

Quality study life.

Likes

The love the over all attire in the college, as how it is maintained and how it is in well professional manner.
Our college have cafeteria, which has good quality and didfferent types of food. Which is pocket friendly.
I appreciate the fact that there is no ragging around the college. It is well management overall in the college.

Dislikes

Our campus is in a closed manner, which does not give much of a frest air environment.
We have a lot of rules which are not even necessary, which also applies differently for the students of different course and year.
The road to our campus is really bad, and in rainy season the condition worsens.

As for the course bsc microbiology we have a broad carriculum, although a little of them feel irrelevent as it the main subject microbiology is not emphasized much. And we do have a broad range of carriculum including biochemistry, virology, biotechnology, medical microbiology in different semester. And we have two interanl exam and one semester exam which is in well manner and easy to follow. Apart from the main subject we also have subjects like skill enhancement, which helps us in building individuality and the ability to overcome stage fear.

Likes

faculties are very friendly towards students
Infrastructure of Yenepoya is in an international standard

Dislikes

Campus is very limited, only roam inside a building that is shared with IBM company
Next sem fees should be paid before the first sem exam

Placement Experience:

As I said earlier they are in tie up with companies like IBM,TCS and other multinational companies they offer a 100% campus placement. IBM visits college frequently and they'll know who is performing better and they'll give campus placements according to our skills. I think we'll get placements from the end of second year onwards. As Yenepoya's campus is a new campus we are the first batch to study in this campus so don't know further information on placements but as per Yenepoya mangalore there a lot of placements yearly. After BCA I'm wishing to take MBA.

Likes

Cafeteria,Library,Neat and hygienic washroom.
Friendly and experienced faculties with good teaching skills.
Air conditioned classroom with smart board, Lab facilities

Dislikes

No sports ground and auditorium for cultural and sports events.
Only 2 floor for entire batch and shift based classes.
Irritating behavior from Management, Staff and Securities.

Placement Experience:

Yenepoya University Bangalore has just started now. So we can talk about the placements only after we graduate. Yeneoya Mangalore main campus offers many placements for their students especially in medical and allied health courses.

Likes

Talking about the facilities they are giving. Its in an international level with air conditioned classrooms with smart board
All the infrastructures inside college gives good ambience.
Good faculties with great quality of teaching

Dislikes

Irritating behavior from the college securities.

Placement Experience:

As i have only started my course for only 1 year i am not sure about the placement details. They are promising good placement for everyone which I am not sure about the placement process. I think we should score about 8(CGP) then only we would be placed in good hospitals with great stipend.

Cafeteria,Air conditioned class room,Library

Good, Friendly and experienced faculties.

Dislikes

No sports ground and auditorium,No campus life.
Only 2 floor for all the courses.Some classes are on shift basis.
Principal and director does not interact with students frequently.

This is the first batch of Yenepoya University Bangalore.So we can't tell about the placements now. Anyway Yenpoya University Mangalore offers good placements for their students especially in medical courses so far

My life in yenepoya

Likes

The faculty are friendly and stand with students .
The library and canteen is wonderful and properly functional
The surrounding is clean and hygienic. It give a proper environment to focus on study

Dislikes

The campus is not very spacious and the college is only on two floor
The curriculum is very low standard and basic
The exams are too regular, the gap between the exams is to short .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because nowadays the world is enhanced by AI . So in the future when I get a nice job I'll get nice salary and life will be settled. They are two extra course IBM and TCS . By studying this we get our placements quickly. For internals the time duration is 1hr and semester exam the time duration is 3 hrs

Perfect infrastructure never seen a collage with this infrastructure
Good classrooms. Multi facilitated class rooms. Air conditioned.
Faculties. There are so many talented faculties in collage.

Dislikes

College bus there are only 3 bus in total. Sometimes its difficult to go in the bus.
Securities. There are somany securities in college. We cant do anything.

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester i think students are eligible for placements. There is IBM, TCS, Microsoft, wipro, amazon, etc.. In partnership with yenepoya. So the average package is 3 LPA. Highest package will be above 12 lakhs. After getting bca degree i need to go for masters MCA. There are somany students getting placements in magalore campus. Banglore campus is just started.
