The rate of placements of students is very high. Most of the students get placement from banks, agricultural industries etc. The average student who gets passing marks is able to get placement very easily. Almost 70 to 80 per cent of students get placement

Excellent facilities

Placement Experience:

The Maharana Pratap Horticultural University is very cooperative towards placement of students. About 70% of our students are able to secure on campus placement because of the active participant by the students.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students in the University got placed from our batch when they left the university in the final year. The highest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Internships were also provided to the students.

My journey with Maharana Pratap Horticulture University

Placement Experience:

The university did not organize any placement programs for us but they arranged several training programs for the students to make us eligible to get a job after finishing the course. The two training programs that I had attended were on green house management for high value horticulture crops and post harvest handling of horticulture crops respectively.

There are ample of job opportunities after the degree like you can apply for the District Horticulture Officer or District Agriculture Officer through the examination that are conducted by State Public Service Commission. Throughout our course proper guidance is provided by the college to us regarding placements and other career opportunities in this field.
