Likes

Some of the teachers are very god with their understanding being top notch
In our college the placements start at the end of 6th semester and the opportunities are very good many good companies like cisco cognizant etc offer jobs in our college and prety good no.
You can also get free gym and gym is nice .

Dislikes

In first year rules for students are too strict and students are threatened to lose their marks or attendance if they don't follow what teacher asks them to do
There are no events or fests that take place, which is quite boring
The hostel management and food provided is still not taken care of, the major backlash for the college is their girls hostel

Likes

The Timetable for classes is very relaxed there ain't too much pressure here
The club activities and engagement is very good here you will a lot of clubs to join and equal opportunity everywhere
The diversity of students is also one factor you can consider

The buildings are old and need renovation

Overview of my sweetest campus

Likes

Library facilities that gives free books for whole sem particularly for sc st candidates
Campus is so greenery and feels so good in mansoon
Sports facilities and ground is also well maintained

Dislikes

Parking facility and road ways are not so gud actually there is different rules for entering and exiting
Food is not gud and canteens are almost closed
Facility and department is so supportive but the other admin block people are not gid

From first sem to 8 sem it has various subjects, in 1 st sem there is various branch subjects that's are some are my favourite and some are tough for me but after that in 2 and 3 year all the subjects related to my course are so gud and some are problematic subjects even I selected some problematic subjects in open elective all are so gud understanding.

Likes

Campus is huge fill with green lusand good, we got the best cricket turf ground too
Hige spaces for parking nad got every sport team individual
We have canteens afford food nd got digital library and book library, admin block is goood

Dislikes

Washrooms in our building are not that good
Lot of walking to do since college is huge
Revaluation and photo copy fee is a bit high compared to other colleges

Course curriculum is great, we'll gain great knowledge and dumb ones can get passed with lil efforts too and we have labs and good applications required for our branch and i had to get into our clg so just took the branch i got for my rank

i liked the infrastructure and greenary of the college
i like the responsiveness of our department
Here we can have freedom to explore things not many restrictions

Dislikes

The attendance citeria which is 85% compulsory

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester you will become eligible for placements and the companies that visit are deloitte, meesho, SAP , Benz, Bosch, Fedility,JLR etc and highest package is 55 lakhs and average is 12laksh, and alsmost 70% of people gets placed

Academics campus life placement

In our college I appreciate that the campus is too good and nature trees and peaceful in our campus and I enjoy the campus life with social interactions and I am from p cycle student the faculty members were too good and the they teach.
And In our college the placement rate is too good
And relevance and rigor of the course is too good in electrics and instrumentation

When I asked my seniors in our collegesome people are placed in 3rd year only by learning good skill and for eligible for campus placement we must have eight plus cgpa for eligible for campus placement and lot of compines visited to our college cisco Adobe hp jusphay infosys and others and our plans for getting the degree is to be learning the good skill to us

Here all the friendly they are easy to connect
We can easily explore our self in the field whichever we like
If we struck in the field we can get the help

Here too many canteen but food is not afford able for middle class people
Hostel in the campus only for 3yr student
For 1st and 2yr girls it away from thr campus but bus facility provided

The college has beautiful campus and the engagement with campus life is good.
My department has good faculty expertise and i appreciate their teaching methods
organising the technical talks and helps to build networks

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is not up to the mark as it has 75years of history
Least importance to extra curricular activities
The college has No proper maintenance of the washrooms

Here, students from 5th sem onwards become eligible for placements. 85% of the students are being placed depending upon their abilities and talent. After getting the degree i might be working or will be preparing for the masters

My honest review of my college

Likes

Faculties are very friendly and have very good technical skills
Canteens are good affordable and tasty.they are very hygiene
The campus ambience is very nice.Green clean and hygiened

Dislikes

No cultural fest are happening due to some inconvenience but they charge in the fees
No placements in our department biotechnology
No internship opportunities and industrial visit

From 5th semester students will be eligible for placements.the companies like Amazon Accenture biocon imb etc visit our campus and placement sceceratory are alloted from every branch.the average package in our department is 200000.almost 70% of students gets placed .I actually prefer getting an other degree by doing ms in Germany

Our college is surrounded with greenary and campus is big the girl to boy ratio in our class is 60-40
We have well maintained grounds,gym and other sports facilities
We have good wifi service, well maintained washrooms , and drinking water facility

Dislikes

Our faculties are too outdated and they are too ignorant
Our college has the best sports facilities but our principal doesn't allow or support sports
The food served in college canteen has the worst quality ever

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are a lot of government jobs related to this course . Our curriculum has nothing to do with real world the things they teach in our college is too outdated for the current situation. They should remove all the unwanted courses like open electives where we learn subjects which our not related to us and when it comes to teaching methodology out faculties need to really improve a lot. Exams happen once in 4 months and it isn't that difficult cause our faculties just give what they teach in class

Some main aspects I love this Passion in civil engineering yeah I definitely had to place so I came to Jss science and technology University the college of high placement in Southern Karnataka so other than education there are so many lot of extra curriculum activities are there in our institution let me come to teaching methods so we have a highly qualified professors in university so they not needed how to teach they already know
