The placement cell indulges in malpractices like showing companies which haven't hired a single student in placement brochures. MBA students appear in the same pool placements with BCom, Eco Hons, Eco M.A, BMS students though they pay three times more money and have to pay the compulsory hostel fee. For management education, you'll get the same placement for much lower fees in Kolkata.
