In our college, there is a Training and Placement cell. Who do all work regarding placement for students? In my department, there are 80% of students placed every year. Last year the highest package of our college is 10 lakh/annum. In our college, many students get placed in good companies like BOSCH, Atlas, KEC, Strip Steel Wheel India Ltd etc. For Personality Development college provides Soft Skills and Reasoning classes.

We get eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester and from the 5th semester we go for training in companies and also get a stipend of a minimum of 15K/month. in my batch, 85% of students got a placement with various packages from 2 Lakh to 10.5 lakh.

Training & Placement Cell of the college plays a key role in getting every student placed on good packages accordingly. The average Package is Around 4-5 LPA. And Highest Package which was offered was approx 9-10 LPA. More than 15+ names SSWL, Toshniwal industries, JCB, Suzlon, JK Cement, TATA Group, Innojar, Innolabz, OnGraph Technologies, Dell, Blue Danio Softech etc visit campus for placement drive and hiring process. College helps every student for getting a good job according to the students and their academics. Though I think that the placements and packages mostly depend on the student.

From 8th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. There were many companies like HCL, TATA, L&T that visited the college, highest package offered was 14L per annum. 60% of students got placed in big companies. My plan after the degree was to get the job and work as a team leader.

I had a dream of becoming an engineer from childhood, and the dream was accomplished in Aryabhatta. I feel truly blessed today to have my degree and a decent job. The faculty ratio was 1:25, the faculties were doctorate. The teaching methodology was more practical, learning by doing. Every alternate month our tests were taken and it wasn't difficult to pass the exam as we were taught in a very practical manner.

Placement depends more on what you have scored and what knowledge you gain over the years. Collage can just bring the company to you. To hire you or not to hire depends on what abilities you have to crack the interview.

From the 7th semester, I was eligible to take part in campus placements and relatively a lot of companies did campus visits for placements. Around 20-30 companies like Infosys, Wipro, Byjus, Acer, Intel, etc were visited during campus placement. The highest package was from Infosys of 40 lakhs and the average package in placement is 3.2 lakhs. I am currently placed in a data analyst job in an IT company after completing my B.Tech.

Students of 2nd year get a chance to do internships. Many national, as well as international companies, visit their field of interest. Every branch students get their companies respectively. CS, ECE, EE, MECHANICAL, AI every variety of company approach and we are assigned projects accordingly. Students get internships at the end of 2nd year. And at the end of the 3rd year, many companies are coming for a summer internships.

Every student is eligible for campus placement after 3rd year. Many companies have visited the campus for placement and many offers are offered to the students. The highest package offered is 12.08 lakhs per annum and the average package offered is 4.5 lakhs per annum. Most probably more than 80% of the students are getting placement from campus. I will also give campus placement interviews and if selected then definitely join that company.

Since I'm in 1st yr, I don't know much about placements, from what I've heard from seniors good organizations come as recruiters, My personal plans are to appear for various exams such as IES, IAS, GRE , CAT, GATE.
