Bikaner Technical University or BTU came into existence in 2017 at the campus of Government College of Engineering and Technology, CET Bikaner. The University encompasses all the technical institutions of Bikaner, Jodhpur, Ajmer and Jaipur regions.
It annually conducts UG and PG programmes along with various research oriented academic courses at various colleges. All these institutions are affiliated to the University Grants Commission or UGC.
Under UG programs, BTU offers B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Design courses in full time mode. Admission to all three courses are done through REAP counseling. Valid admission test scores of JEE Main, NATA, UCEED are accepted for shortlisting of the candidates.
As per allotment, students take admission into their entered choice of discipline/ program. For final admission, candidate must visit the university to complete their final admission formalities.

BTU Bikaner UG Admission 2024
BTU offers full time 4 years B.Tech and 5 years B.Arch UG program under different streams. These are AICTE and UGC approved programmes that are conducted on campus. Selection will be done on the basis of REAP counselling based on JEE Main scores.

BTU offers 2 years full time post-graduation degree course MBA. The course is offered in association with UGC and is approved by AICTE. It also offers MTech in various specialisations and MCA programs as well under its PG programs.

BTU Bikaner Ph.D Admission 2024
Bikaner Technical University also offers a Ph.D course in Engineering, Management and Computer Applications. The minimum course period is 3 years. Interested candidates need to fill in the offline form for it. Eligibility for the respective specialisation is Masters Degree in those relevant disciplines. Work Experience if any shall be considered as an additional advantage.
Selection will be done on the basis of overall performance and merit on the basis of academic record.
