Likes

The faculty is good, all the studies are good, all the faculty are phd and masters pass, teaching methods are also good, the portion is also managed.
Yes the fee structure of the university is very good, it provides financial support in terms of scholarship and other government schemes also.
From 3rd semester students are eligible for placement many companies like birla paints, hike education, jaro education, tcs, infosys,wipro, airtel, alight solution etc.

Dislikes

Hostel is not that much good for students to stay as the facilities there are not good enough to take care of students.
The placement offered by college is not that good according to me as many seniors complain about the lack of campus placements one of the main reasons could be that the university is very new and has less awareness.
Here my college is very expensive and steps are not supportive

Bit mesra honest review

Likes

The college professors are well educated and all professors in bit are research based and the college overall focuses only on its research
The campus is 800 acres and huge consisting of all facilities
The greenery in the college is maintained

Dislikes

No proper management and administration system in the college
College is just behind money and does not treat students well
College is too old hence it has all 60s hostels with no proper facilities which is hard to live in.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement has been decreasing in a few years as of 2024.because the previous year there were only 7 companies for placement but it had placed many students but the problem is internship..students don't get internship from college and have to find by their own. I guess 50 % of students only get placed in bit from each branc and I don't expect a placement from this college as of its circumstances

our college provides the lush green campus which is very beneficial for the students reciding in it and also teaches us to sray healthy and grounded
the college is very much strict with its discipline and coordinating staffs and immediate action in case of any non disciplinary activities found
the coordination of its faculty and staff members,

Dislikes

the quality of teaching provided by the faculty and the breaking of academic rules by the university
the university made false promises to us about its placements ..the clearly said the placements would be at extreme level ..but in our department there is almost no i.e. 0% placements
the bad treatment received by the students from the staffs and management side ..the management is soo poor that the voice of students is always unheard

very bad curriculum..i have not seen or studeied about this college previous..or i can i haven't researched about it efficiently otherwise i wouldn't have take admission here in my lyf ..this was the biggest mistake of mine i would never suggest this college to anyone there are almost every region which need to get imporvised but the placements and faculty needs severe improvements the conditing exams are vey frequent they are running the college with their own mind sometimes the semester is of 3 months and sometimes of only 2.5 months..we never gad proper semester of 6 months

SBU according to a second year student

Likes

People: you will find a great people in as view with great and they are easy to connect .
Classes timings: In sbu you will get a lot of time after the classes to improve your skills or to do anything you like
Campus: sbu has one of the beautiful campus in Ranchi

Dislikes

Canteen: there is only one canteen with very less occupancy
Uniform: In sbu there is college uniform and some time I really don't like it
CRM: college CRM really the bad. You attendance will never reflect on time

Sbu is a small college in ranchi you can't expect curriculum to be advance or to be the best. Curriculum is just like any other ugc approved college they teach about the same other processes and concepts but it's good I enjoy it

I like the infrastructures of the college.
I like the food of the mess it's delicious.
Classes are taken on the smartboard which leads in more grasping of contents.

Dislikes

There are very few clubs in the college and are very inactive.
Sports equipments are very less and we are rarely allowed to play.
Colleges never organize any fest and if any activities are organized barely few students come to know about it.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Average placement of the college is 4 lpa. College also provide internships. Approximately 80 % students get placed in the college.

Since I was a science student and opted for mathematics so I wanted to Engineering. Some faculties are highly qualified but most are average. BUt overall are good. A semester is of around four or four and a half month.

College has very good placement records

Likes

A very broad and large campus of 60 acres in Jharkhand region probably best among private.
Course curriculum in collaboration with USA university for world class learning.
Best and supportive faculties. Helps in not only doubt solving but also has practical approach in learning.

Dislikes

College promises a very decent number of placements but when you actually know the truth, that is only nearly 50% got placements
Very high fee in comparison with other government as well as private institutes of jharkhand.
The course curriculum is outdated and they have to update it with current to give better to its students.

BCA is a 3 year bachelor's degree course that consists of 6 semesters and each semester consists of different subjects. Faculties are good and you just have to focus on what they taught to get good marks in semester exams. It is simple as that of school exams. But, if you fail, you have to give backlogs.

Faculty of this university is very supportive.
The playground are so big where you easily play outdoor games like football,cricket.

Likes

Teaching styles expert faculty classroom.
Well equipped labs with expert lab teacher.
Sport's day, canteen, playground, displine.

Dislikes

Attendence percentage is tooo high 75%..
Clubs are not active too much need to be active.
Wifi facilities are not provided to the students.
