VIT AP Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 6th semester onwards. Almost 500 companies visited our campus for placements and they offered 4800 jobs most notable companies are Google Microsoft IBM TCS Infosys etc and many other companies. The lowest package offered was 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest was 33 lakh per annum by Microsoft and the average was 7.8 lakh per annum. Almost each and every person or student who qualifies as the minimum requirement of 6 CGPA is eligible for placements and we'll get placed in any company or they will be offered an internship so placement percentage is almost 85% on average. My plans after getting degrees are to do my Masters from Vellore Institute of Technology so I already got a job of 12 lakh per annum but I want to do Masters so I will be going for Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore.

Almost 800 companies visited our campus during our placements mostly top fortune 500 companies visit our campus like Google Microsoft IBM Paytm Flipkart Amazon and Facebook Reliance Indian oil corporation and had offered almost 3600 jobs for students. The lowest package offered was 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest package offered was 33 lakh per annum with an average package of 8.5 lakh per annum, the highest package was offered by Microsoft for the role of data analyst whereas the remaining packages were offered by most software companies like Infosys TCS IBM for the role of a software engineer. Almost 85% of students got placed in campus placement sessions and the remaining students got internships. After getting my degree I want to do a job in a big corporate company related to my specialisation for the next two to three years after that I want to pursue my masters in a foreign university.

Every year we get 700-900 companies for placements with attractive salaries. Highest package is 75LPA, an avg. package of 7 lpa. Every student who participates in Placements gets a Job. Even campus supports students for higher education.
