VIT AP Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement opportunities are very good. Students were given separate training for the placement for about 6 months. The average package a vitian gets is 6LPA. The highest package this academic year is 1crore.

We have CDC office, which helps students show the opportunities in different companies that visit our clg for placements. Every students will get an offer a minimum of 4 to 5 lakh avg of 7 to 8 lakh and if your are good at your knowledge 10 to 15 lakh . Recently of the biggest placement in our campus is 60+lakh (abroad offer) by Intel.

From 6th semester placements will be started. Nearly 700-800 companies visit and Vit ensures that every single person is placed for sure. 63lpa is the highest offer recently made. Average CTC was 7.5 lpa

From 3rd year semester six we will be eligible for campus placements. At VIT-AP out of 100 students 80 students gets placed with an average package of 6lpa.The companies that we come across during placements are TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra etc. Highest package went up to 64 lpa which made an incredible beat of any other top colleges. Package of super dream has a range of 12lpa plus per annum where as dream ranges from 6lpa plus per annum.

I chose computer science as it is omnipresent and highly paid compared to other fields. The faculty is truly awesome. Most of them have doctorates in their respective fields. The teaching is excellent. One gets to choose their faulty from their second semester. There are three exams in total for a semester. (two unit tests and one final assessment test). I must say the exams are quite difficult and are based on applications.

placements are too good. the highest package is 42 LPA. and the average package is 6-7 LPA. lowest package is 3 LPA. most recruters are tcs,wipro. 90% students got placed in multinational companies. nearly 700+ companies visited.

Placements in our college start from semester 6. The highest package is 10 LPA in our college. The average package is 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. 60% of people get jobs in campus placements itself with a decent salary.

The placements were really good. The internships are being provided from 3rd year first semester onwards only. We can easily concert them into full time. The companies like Amazon, Phillips, Grab, Deshaw.... good companies visits our campus. Highest packages like 35 to 50 lpa secured in our college students. Every student in our college gets placed. They show 100 percent placements

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 6th semester onwards. Almost 500 companies visited our campus for placements and they offered 4800 jobs most notable companies are Google Microsoft IBM TCS Infosys etc and many other companies. The lowest package offered was 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest was 33 lakh per annum by Microsoft and the average was 7.8 lakh per annum. Almost each and every person or student who qualifies as the minimum requirement of 6 CGPA is eligible for placements and we'll get placed in any company or they will be offered an internship so placement percentage is almost 85% on average. My plans after getting degrees are to do my Masters from Vellore Institute of Technology so I already got a job of 12 lakh per annum but I want to do Masters so I will be going for Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore.

The campus placements are going as well as my seniors said that you must be prepared from the first semester onwards in order to get placed with a better package. Mostly we have to maintain more than 8.0 CGPA in each semester in order to get placed.
