Every year the event is celebrated with great enthusiasm and many top artists like salim merchant and baadshah has performed at our college.
The placement is overall good the highest package is 50 lakh and the average placement is 9 lakh the internship are also good super dream offers are available here that are above 10 lakh .
Students are rewarded with scholarships for merit or if they come from backward classes.

Dislikes

No scholarship in this course, fees is moderate, college transportation is tough way and bit costly,it is middle of nowhere , campus jobs are not effective, only placements that are decent,no financial assistance
There is average placement opportunities in vit college many huge companies will come and do their respective placements but the companies offers only low package jobs because due the common problem in the world is recession
The fee you have to pay if you fail an exam is very high. its 6,000 per subject.

Vit ap Campus review

I have liked the course curriculum that the college follows
Various clubs are encouraged in the college and students are given support to go into the direction they wish for

Dislikes

The teaching could be a bit better in the college
The food that they serve is good but it can be made better

Placement Experience:

Various companies come here for recruits.These include Amazon,infosys,wipro etc....The no.of offers made as of last year are about 1176 super dream offers by 140 companies.The average package was around 10lakhs and the highest was around 34 lakh.Around 14,000 students were placed in 2023.

LIFE IN VIT-UNIVERSITY

Likes

The time table is great with free time and we get Monday as non instructional day
We have enough sports equipments and everyone play together in college
We enjoy every weekend showcasing talents.

Dislikes

University got many students this year so it a bit rush.
construction is going on even on working days
Some faculty just read the PowerPoint and explain moderately which isn't correct

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college timings were a bit hard for days Scholars. But if you could make it will be great and time table be like you get leisure hours daily . Exam time table is moderate if you complete your daily works it will be easy for exams

College life , that includes both academic and non academic life.
Clubs. Your chances of development are increased by joining , working and interacting with club members .
Food facilities , i.e. interested students can eat from Maggie hotspot , Rock Plaza , Food Street ,etc.

Dislikes

Strictness is the major red flag , observed in VIT-AP.
High fines on even minor negligence by the student .
Very high intake of students from different modes of admission .

Placement Experience:

Students after completion of 2nd year are eligible to participate in campus placements . Top companies like Amazon , TCS , Infosys ,etc recruits students . Highest package varies from 30 to 50lpa, average between 7 to 10lpa. More than 95% of the students gets placed every year on an average . To get high packages , one should maintain very high C.G.P.A. besides technical and communication skills .

Life in VIT AP

Likes

For outing at weekend management providing buses
Infrastructure here is very good and maintainance is also good
Hostel rooms are much comfortable than i thought

Dislikes

There is no kabaddi mat for sports linking persons
For attempting sem exams attendance should be 80 percentage
Rules here are very clumsy and giving fine for silly reasons

I chose CSE because now a days most of the jobs are hiring to students who done b.tech in cse. And also I referred some of oue seniors to get more clarity about which course I should choose. In VIT ap cse demands more for giving jobs. I satisfied for studying cse course in vit ap

Likes

The flexibility of moving from hostel to college and vice versa
The flexible schedule of the cirrcullum having two half days in a week and holiday on Sundays and Mondays
The sports faculty and library of the college are good enough

Dislikes

The process of examination is divided in three phases which makes it hectic
You are assigned a mentor without whose permission you can't go out of the campus
You are allowed for outings only on Sundays and Mondays and in case of any emergency only

Placement Experience:

Students who have completed their sixth semester are eligible for campus placement. Many renowned companies like Oracle, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, John Degree have visited the campus and the placement percentage stands upto 84

ALL ABOUT VIT

Likes

Architecture and the environment is the main reason
Students are also encouraged to participate in the programs
Faculty and teachers with their respective departments

Dislikes

The only thing I can say is that the the campus is too big
The students were not all some of them are not good

There is nothing that influences me in joining this course but the process happening in the present matrix is the only problem to the students who have a different understanding and point of view and if you joined in the course you dont wanted for then parallel learning is best for you and the university exams are obviously difficult to write but if you start studying it that is very easy

Faculty, Play ground, events, the nature
Friendly nature of faculty, Good in placements
Hygienic maintenance in the college is the best thing

The Mess experience, hostel experience not good

I've heard the college is good in placements. As I'm the fresher I can't speak more about this. As per my view this college is good in placements. the highest placement this college got is 40Lakhs per annum

A breif review about my college

Likes

Flexible credit system the Customization they provide is soo comfortable
The campus life. Freedom given to students lower rules and regulations
Infrastructure they are developing at a very fast rate like since i have joined they have built atleast 3 new buildings

Dislikes

Transportation since this university is located in amaravathi which is near Vijayawada but not in Vijayawada it would consume more time for journey
Air-conditioning since this college is located in andhra pradesh the climate is soo hot here but there are no sufficient air conditioners for the students
The circulum since they conduct 2 mids and one sem which is quite hectic like you dint get enough time to learn you interests

Placement Experience:

Our college itself provides placements. The avg package at our college is around 8lpa and highest standing at around 40lpa. Even though the market is undergoing recession they performed very well in placements. They provide all the training for the placements also

There are indoor games like chess badminton carrom
There is food Street rock plaza Maggie hotspot to eat whatever we like
There are outdoor games like cricket basketball to play in leisure time

Dislikes

There is long distance between academic and central blocks
There is no air conditioner in theory class rooms
Transportation fee is too high and timings are from morning 9 to evening 6 pm

Placement Experience:

My plan after getting btech degree is to study master of sciences in foreign countries and secure good job and I will earn dollars by doing partime job highest package is 38 lakhs per annum and average package is 8 lakhs per annum CTC
