RGUKT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

My main motto is to study in government college where we get better education so that I joined in this college. On the other hand I also got 505rank in Polytechnic college (entrance test) but I rejected to go that college and joined in RGUKT Basar. And another reason is that my father is keen me to select this college for better future.

It provides us with top career opportunities. Various renowned organizations like, Infosys, IBM, TATA Motors, Wipro, Thought Works, Efftronics, Osmosys, BOSCH, ITC only to name a few, have successfully recruited us over the last three years. The task of the placement office is to facilitate the placement process and serves as the interface between the students and the corporate world.

Branches like Ece, CSE, EEE have a huge inflow of companies. Almost 80% of people get placed on campus. Branches like Mechanical, civil, metallurgy and Chemical have fewer companies. But they are placed off campus and also secure jobs in the Government sector. We have an alumni association where we get career guidance and interactive sessions from time to time. We have an Entrepreneur cell where selected students get trained to be Entrepreneurs. We also have an incubation centre.

Faculty has very good knowledge in subject but they will not show interest to teach us apart from that this institution is really very nice. It is a good platform to learn lot of things.

Positive and negative also there.but not needed now. It is minor. Coming to positive campus had good recognisation in the nation India. Good faculty, placement are more. Got best education award in the past November think so.

Rgukt basar is a tech hub which provides knowledge and advance skills. It also has startup incubation centre. It's once in life time oppurtunity to get admission into it.

Overall it's a good and better university which helps you grow in all fields. Its has the great infrastructure and environment. The university with good lecturers and high standards of education which will nurture students.

On The Basis of SSC CGPA AND GOVT School students are eligible mostly. The admission is given if the student of govt school got SSC CGPA >=9.7CGPA and the caste is also considered.Private Students must have 10 CGPA and they selected in the criteria of caste only

college is very good for personality development of students. We can get interaction with many students as it is an enormous campus.Every student is provided with a laptop which can be used for studying and preparing for competitive exams.Overall it was a great opportunity for students who get into RGUKT campus.

Most of the campus placements are for cse students. From this year every branch will get their own core placements as well. Mess contractors are changing but no one makes proper food. Some of our seniors got food poisoned last year.
