06 Oct, 2025 CAT 2025 Correction Window is now live @iimcat.ac.in, and the registered candidates can edit their application forms till October 7, 2025. CAT 2025 Exam will be held on November 30, 2025, for MBA/ PGDM admission, and the admit cards will be released on November 5, 2025. For more details, click here.
06 Oct, 2025 CEED 2026 Registration has started for M.Des/ PhD (Design) admission. Aspirants can register @ceed.iitb.ac.in/2026 till Oct 31, 2025, with regular fee, or upto Nov 7, 2025, with a late fee. CEED 2026 will be conducted on Jan 18, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM. To know more, check here.
The World University of Design offers courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. Among B.Des is its flagship course. Admissions are based on marks obtained in the relevant entrance examination.
At the UG level, students have passed Class 12th from a recognised board with 50% marks. For B.Arch students, it is expected that they will appear in either the NATA or JEE Paper 2. For other UG programs, applicants must take the WUD Aptitude Test, which includes the DAT, AAT, or GAT. If students have appeared for NID, NIFT, UCEED, or CEED, then students may be offered direct admission. For PG courses, Selection is based on WUDAT or CEED, NID, NIFT, SAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, personal interview, or portfolio presentation. At the time of admission, a one-time non-refundable fee of INR 2,000 is charged for application processing, and INR 20,000 as a registration fee. Additionally, a one-time refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 is also applicable.

World University of Design Admission 2025 - Eligibility & Selection Criteria
- B.Des: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 with 50% from a recognised board, and the selection criteria are based on the Aptitude Test & Interview. UCEED/NID/NIFT qualified students will be preferred.
- B.Tech: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 in Science with 50% marks along with Math as one of the compulsory subjects.
- BVA: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 with 50%, and the selection criteria are based on the Art Aptitude Test and Interview.
- BBA: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 with 50%, and the selection criteria are based on the Aptitude Test and Interview.
- B.Arch: Candidates will need to pass with a 50% in PCM & Overall in Class 12; NATA/ JEE Paper 2 scores considered; Admission as per CoA guidelines.
- BA Hons.: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 with 50%, and the selection criteria are based on the Art Aptitude Test and Interview.
- BPA: Candidates will need to pass a 10+2 with 50%, and the selection criteria are based on the Art Aptitude Test and Interview.
- M.Des: Candidates will need to pass a Minimum of 50% in Graduation. Admission through PG Design Aptitude Test and Interview; NID/NIFT/CEED qualified students will be preferred.

World University of Design Application Process 2025
World University of Design's application process for admission to all the courses is given below. Applicants need to follow a sequence of steps to apply for the desired course. These steps are mentioned as follows:
- Visit the official website to apply for admission.
- Click on the “Apply Now” at the right corner of the Home page.
- Register yourself using a personal Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Provide details of your previous qualifications and academic records.
- Make the required payment to move forward in the process.
- Upload scanned copies of your documents, such as mark sheets, ID proof, etc.
- Take the required test and wait for the confirmation of your result.
- Once selected, pay the registration fee to secure your admission.
- After all steps are complete, submit the final application form.

- Latest passport-size photograph and scan copy of signature (preferably of size less than 2 MB).
