GEHU Dehradun Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students are eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester. The name of the companies visit for placement is Adobe, Teradata, Zscaler etc. and the offer jobs. The highest package of the last year was 44 l.p.a. & the average package is around 5 l.p.a. Around 70 percent of students placed. My plan after getting a degree is to start a startup.

In 6th semester end students are eligible for campus placements but as I said there are no placements for our course that is BJMC. Some teacher may help child personally but on campus, there are no such placements till now.

Graphic Era Hill University has a very good placement record. I also got placement offer in my Bachelor's of Business Administration. The highest package offered was 7 LPA. We can get upto 3 placement offers per person and student can join whichever they consider the best for themselves.

Companies usually come to campus during the 5th semester. Companies like Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte came with the highest package of 3.80 lakhs. 80% of students got placed in my batch. I joined Capgemini with a 2.50 lakhs package.

Don't know much about this college because it's been 6 months but I hadn't visited the college once due to the pandemic. But i had heard that the college had good placement but online classes is not regular. Teachers are supportive and students get enough opportunities to learn. There was no exam for selection as it is a private college. But it provides good scholarship to Uttarakhand students.

Placements are best in graphic even other college students to come here to get placement. Most of the students got placed if they want to get placed. Deloitte would be the first company that has been coming for the past 3 years. And other than that Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro would also come. And a company named penguin also came for BCA students. And yes from these companies mostly the criteria is at least 1 year gap and 60 or above in 10th, 12th and aggregate percentage in BCA.

The placement percentage for CS/IT branch is 89% which is quite good The average package is 5.2 lacs/annum, the highest is 56 lacs/annum and the lowest being 3.9 lacs/annum. Everything depends on the student. The highest package is offered by ADOBE, and the lowest by TCS/WIPRO Except for GOOGLE, most of the top companies visited our college for campus placements in the last few years so you grab a great chance to get into these companies. My plan after getting my degree is either if I get a good score in GATE then I will join an IIT or NIT or else i will go for campus placements.

Above 60 % in 10th and 12th in PCM

Its best state University in my state, so i preffer that. And it have IT background and my friends also as a student. It feels good living in my native state and getting good education. College life is known as one of the most memorable years of one's life. It is entirely different from school life. College life exposes us to new experiences and things that we were not familiar with earlier. For some people, college life means enjoying life to the fullest and partying hard.

I choose this university beause of it's beautiful infrastructure and it is the only popular private university in Uttrakhand. And is generally very popular in state. I opted for this course because university has good record of placement and exposure in this course.
