Truth about a mistery

Likes

Central library which is very useful for everyone here we can have lot of books and we are also having internet facility also
Hostel room allocation and flexibility in hostel rooms
Faculty of our college they are iit graduates

Dislikes

Cleaning of washrooms is not good and polluted water
No cooling water available during summer days
Taste of mess food curries and cleaning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college curriculum is too good because since our cource is a integrated btech course for 6 years they have included all the basics of computers in the first two years of study that's equivalent to intermediate in ap and telengana here it is called PUC abbreviated as pre University course.

My life at rgukt

Likes

The importance for studies and sports as well
Student care at hospitals and meetings about welfare of students in sac auditorium
Establishment of food court so that students can enjoy and also establishment of library

Dislikes

Mess food is not upto the standards of rgukt
Teacher's reckless behaviour towards good curriculum
Exam timing insufficiency towards classroom allocations

Overall University is Good

Likes

I like the overall cleanliness and environment of the college
I like the yoga centre in our university,nuzvid is famous for the yoga sport
I like the infrastructure they provided with the high class classrooms , lan ports and digital classes

Dislikes

I some times dislikes the campus mess food
I strongly dislikes the canteen present in our cluniversity
I don't like the water facility in hostels

Placement Experience:

The placements are a good many of the students are getting jobs whenever they complete their graduation with the best package the average package for a student is 400000 the student should have a minimum percentage of 8cgpa till graduation. The highest package is 2500000 for a student for blockchain development and many of the students get the best placements, there are many companies coming for the placements mainly byjus,vedantu, and for the development next wave , medha servo and many more good companies are there but only the computer related placements are coming

A decent review of RGUKT, Nuzvid

Likes

I like the healthy environment in our college and ragging free environment.
We have good facilities of internet and books from library.
Many of the faculty members are from IITs and NITs who provide a good understanding.

Dislikes

We don't have a good hostel facility in our college.
We suffer a lot for the internet connection at our hostels.
Our college's mess was based on contract, who don't provide good quality of food.

Placement Experience:

Some companies often visit our college for recruitment of students of mostly CSE and ECE background, yet they are small scale companies, don't offer much packages, the average percentage of placements is around 50% and average package lies around 4lpa.

Exploring the College and all

Likes

In RGUKT Nuzvid college, i liked the atomosphere of the college.
Infrastructure of academic blocks and design of hostel rooms.
Providing campus placements to most of the students.

Dislikes

I don't like Food Court in our RGUKT Nuzvid college.
Insufficient of Faculty in all departments of b-tech and even intermediate. No labs for CSE students.
I don't like Course Curcullum. They are not that much properly designed.

Placement Experience:

RGUKT Nuzvid College does provide many placements for the students. Basically from fourth year sem 1 students have the eligibility for campus placements. But in some departments third-year students are also eligible for campus placements like ECE, and CSE. At RGUKT Nuzvid college various companies were visited and they offer a maximum no.of students who are suitable for their job roles. Hallmark, Napier Health Care, TCS, Infosys, Intel, Underline IT, Moschip forsys, Synopsis, Vassar Labs and Achala IT Solutions visited RGUKT Nuzvid College. The highest package in our college is 20 lpa and the Average package is 10 lpa. Above 80% of students get placed in every year. I am willing to do a job after my degree and upskill of skills and then build a home for my parents and get a man to marry.

I liked the scholarships availability in this college as most of the fee is paid by the government
The faculty in this university are very professional and skillfull
The course structure is very well designed with enough time for each semester

Dislikes

Lack of faculty is a disadvantage for now
Maintenance of the college is not up to the mark

This university provides placements for engineering fourth year students and the average package is 4LPA and the highest package in this university is 27LPA.Most of the students get placed in good companies before leaving the college

I liked the scholarship availability as most of the fee is paid by the government
The faculty are highly qualified and skill full with minimum qualification of masters in their respective fields
A very good course curriculum is designed by the professionals

Dislikes

Lack of faculty for many subjects in engineering
Maintenance of college is not up to the mark

This university provides campus placements for fourth year students with an average package of 4LPA and the highest package received is 27LPA by an ECE student and most of the students are get placed in their fourth year.

Likes

Oppurtunities to improve our skills and friendly faculty
Faculty teaching and facilities in lab make us to improve our skills
Encouragement of faculty and HOD for our areas of interest

Dislikes

Food facility and taste is not much expected
Some of the facilities like faculty scarcity for some subjects
Recently we have observed that faculty scarcity makes us to feel bad

I have chose this course due to the best and experienced faculty.Faculty in this college are experienced enough to teach.Most of the faculty are selected from different IITs.They are selected with number of tests.The sem exams are conducted from every 5 months and due to the best teaching it was somewhat easy to pass the exam of we study and listen to the classes regularly

I like the course structure in our college where there is a enough gap between the exams and one need not take any pressure
I like the faculty as all of them are from IITs and NITs and have an excellent teaching skills
I am so glad that most of the college fee is covered in the scholarships given by the government so that there is no financial pressure on students and parents

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not good in our campus as most of the water pipes are broken and leakage of water
Sometimes the exams schedul changes suddenly in the last minute so when there are holidays after exams we have to undergo lot of struggles

Placement Experience:

Our campus provides placements with average package of 4LPA.Studets are eligible for placements from 6th semester and more than 150 companies offers placements and internships and many students get placed in good companies through placements

Well coming to the faculty,in the pre University course faculty was not that good because there were no sufficient faculty and when I chose metallurgy for my btech it was good because there are permanent faculty to teach us

What is your review of IIIT Nuzvid?

The facilities are quite good but you will not find smart graduates here. The classrooms are good with 3-star accommodation. Everything including the notices is sent online.

A peculiar thing that you will notice is that everyone here uses Linux as an operating system including Fedora, Ubuntu, and Zorin.
There are no hard copy textbooks and it is a smart campus with no electrical lines seen anywhere.
In your first year, you will do well, plus there is no entrance exam to gain admission.
Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. It was mainly started to boost village students to gain exposure to higher education.
It also gives an option of 6 years of free education to prevent girls from getting married too early.
There are also free food and hostel facilities for underprivileged students. However, the main drawback is that it could shrink the mindset of many students by making them complacent.
You will also find really good faculty that will help you secure a job later. Most lecturers here are individuals who have done well in their subjects.
Underprivileged students also get the opportunity to access movies and the internet.

Overall, it is a good place but most students end up being intelligent and not street smart here.

RGUKT Nuzvid is the only institute which provides students with laptop and internet connectivity. The institute has a population of 6000 students and 300 faculty members. The institute also has the biggest library in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements:-

RGUKT Nuzvid has a solid placement department for BTech and MTech students. Around 60-70 companies visit the campus every year.

Admission details:-

The institute offers 6-year integrated BTech courses with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the 10th standard.
Admissions are offered based on the marks in class 10.
The candidates need to have 60% marks in BTech degree for admission in the MTech program.
Admissions are based on the marks in the GATE score, followed by counseling.
