The institute invites application forms for admission to the B.Tech programme under 3 specializations. 10+2 qualified students in the science stream can apply for admission to the course.

Admissions will be strictly based on JEE Main/GUJCET scores/ranks followed by allotment of 50% seats through national counseling conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The remaining 50% seats shall be allotted through off-campus online counseling conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat.

IITRAM Ahmedabad Eligibility Criteria:
- Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified.
- Minimum 75% mark secured in the qualifying examination.
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/SEBC) are given 5% relaxation in the minimum academic eligibility criteria.
- Students appearing for the final examination can apply.
IITRAM Ahmedabad Selection Criteria:
- Admission to the course will be based either on the performance in JEE Mains or GUJCET.
- Qualified students will be further called for counseling.
- JoSAA/ACPC counseling is conducted in an online mode and candidates who have qualified as per merit ranks must register on the official websites to participate in seat allotment admission process.
How to Apply for B.Tech in IITRAM Ahmedabad?
Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech course must strictly follow the instructions to register for national/state level counseling conducted by JoSAA and ACPC respectively.
Counselling Process:
- All JEE/GUJCET qualified candidates eligible for central counseling should register at the official website of JoSAA or GUJCET.
- JEE qualified candidates are not required to pay any registration fee for counseling.
- However, GUJCET candidates must register themselves for counseling by purchasing the Information Booklet and PIN from any designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank by remitting a fee of INR 350.
- Candidates shall be allotted seats in the college based on choice in the order of merit over multiple rounds of counseling.
- Candidates are required to deposit ‘Seat Acceptance Fee’ and report in the institute as per schedule.

IITRAM Ahmedabad is I feel is not just our citys favourite or the best but in entire Gujarat and therefore the fees of 3 lakhs is nominal according to me. Many scholarship programs are there and students who are eligible candidates easily apply that too.

IITRAM is arguably one of the best engineering colleges of the country in its space. It is also one of a kind and therefore fees is slightly more and that is 3 lakhs a year. However, it is still lesser than IITs and what else can one ask for.

The tuition fees has not increased lately. With all the course having high end lab equipments and running cost which is above the cummulative tuition fees of the batch. Tuitoon fees stands at 72500 per semester with some miscllenaous expenses.

I have received 50% fee waiver for being a gujrat domicile, other than that college also provides other scholarship opportunities, and for me ( a gujrat domicile student) fees including hostel, mess and tution fee for 4 years would be 6-7 lakhs

Tuition fee is some what high for students coming from josaa counselling in comparison with acpc students. Scholarships are available but for acpc students. Around 12 lakh fees will be charged in this institutions irrespective of your branch for students through josaa

The fee of this college is very high as compared to the rest of govt. colleges/GFTIs. Its fee is approx 2.25 lakhs/year(for candidates admitted through JoSAA/CSAB) and 1.5lakhs/yr (for candidates admitted thru ACPC counseling/GUJCET exam). Scholarships are only available for ACPC students (ACPC is the counseling of Gujarat state).

In my time fee structure was around 1 lakh per annum for college fees, hostel fees and mess were extra. But now fee structure has changed please check the college website
