BIT Lalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

• From 5th semester that is from 3rd year students are eligible for the campus placements. • Companies like wipro, mahindra, Tcs, Accenture and many more famous companies are there and they offer internships, certification courses etc. • No ideas about the average packages coz i m a 2nd year students. • May be 60 - 70% depending on companies.

Since I didn't wanted to drop one year and neither I had scored good marks in JEE Mains I preferred doing BCA from a reputed college rather than doing btech from a private college . An advice if doing BCA or betch from private college , focus on colleges which gives campus placement. Course Structure for BCA is quite good , you allmost cover major subjects which are taught in btech in aspect of computer domain only . You also get enough time to prepare for future exams , like NIMCET , CAT , placement preparation etc. Faculty for some subjects are really good and for some are really bad.Like for discrete ,DSA,OOPs ,Cloud Computing and Software Computing I really had got very good faculties. You have quizes , mid sem and end sem. If you study and go for mid sems and end sems, then paper are good enough to score. For Courses , including subjects what is needed in tech industry is what I feel will be helpful and intresting at the same time.

In sixth semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Mahindra, Bijus and many more visited in campus. Due to covid I didn't appeared in placement and extended my studies. 50-70% student get placed and average package is 4 LPA and maximum 7LPA.

In 2023, only 2 companies have come for placements. One is Wipro and one is SAP. This time college placements are quite bad. We are upset that no companies are coming. From the start of the 5th semester, students become eligible to participate in placements.

from 5th semester students become eligible. Wipro, Delloite, and also many more offers were made. lowest is around 4 lakhs and highest is 12 lakhs, profiles offered are software developer, HR Manager, etc 100% placement.

The main reason why I choose this course is due to the rapid growth of technology and digitalization across industries, there is consistently high demand for IT professionals and BCA helps us to pursue it. The faculties in this college are good and each of them holds 2-3 master's degrees in the computer science area. And their teaching methods are also good> you will be able to understand thongs easily. The term exam was taken after 4 months and then the break is given for 3 months after the even semester and a 1-month break after the odd semester.

From the 5th semester students are eligible, but 1 or 2 companies visits for this course and many students apply for companies off campus. The percentage of placements remains about 20 to 30 per cent.

BCA from Birla Institute of Technology was a 3 years course and I choose this because of my interest in computers as well as because of the college's well-known reputation in India. The faculty here are very supportive and they conduct 2 exams per semester along with 2 quizzes.

placement of the college is very nice there are lots of companies coming to campus for placement purposes. from 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. the company visited campuses like cellulite, TCS, Wipro, saps, and many others companies. the highest package of the college is 10 lakh per annum and average package is 6 lakh per annum and the lowest package is 2 lakh per annum.50-60% of students get placed on the campus. I plan to do a master's course.

What about placements? Placements are approx 10% and the lowest package is 3.8 LPA and the highest is 6-7 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini ..., IArevisited on the campus. Last time and make an offer for approx 24 students. The average package is between 3.8-4.2 LPA which is not bad for BCA students. A lot of my batch mates talking about NIMCET-like exams to do their MCA or a lot of students want to do their MCA from BIT Mesra Ranchi main campus bcz labor have no any campus ????.
